I had a banana icecream with fruity pebbles and bananas the other day. I’m dislexic and I can’t read so Rashelle read me the whole menu. Rashelle offered great customer service I felt welcome. And I hate ice cream so it’s hard for me to be happy with results but I’m very happy with this place all because of Rashelle. Thank you

The staff is nice, sweet, and professional. The manager and employees did a good job handling my order. I could tell they were learning the recipes and they did it with upmost care. I had an excellent experience, and the quantum coffee, the Autumn salted caramel, and the Biscoff were delicious. Freshly made with fresh and tasty ingredients. Definitely recommend this location for ice cream.

We visited a few months ago with my boys. The ice cream is good but in my opinion overpriced. My kids were so curious and excited to go for the 1st time but the experience was not so great...I contacted their customer service via email to tell them about my experience but they did not care.

Nice place to go out and enjoy ice cream with family, clean and spacious. Must try strawberry flavor naturally mild sweetened just delicious!

First time trying this place out and the ice cream was delicious. They have a huge variety of different mixtures and toppings you can get on your ice cream. The only bad thing is it takes a while just to get your order otherwise the ice cream was enjoyable!

Yesterday my family and I went to another location and it was horrible!! My oldest was disappointed because she cannot have dairy. They were out of oat milk at the other location. We normally go to this location but we were out so we decided to try the other location. It was my husband's first time going because he also cannot do dairy. Everybody left irritated and disappointed. Then we decided to just go back to this location and my husband and daughter were all smiles. He said it was like night and day. This location is the best. The young man, I think Christian, was very friendly. They were busy but the place was nice and clean, even the bathroom was clean.
