Waffles were so good. There’s a line on the weekends but definitely worth it.

Very rarely were we checked on by our actual waiter.

I come here every time I visit family in cypress. Their Benedict buenos are fantastic. Their pancakes are so delicious and fluffy. Staff is always friendly.

Got chicken and waffle and a pancake and grits …everything tasted like hotel food not worth it. Server brought the Check with the food. Not my cup of tea will not be back total bill $42
