After reading some of these reviews about cypress breakfast house sounds like some should stay home. Anyone with a large party be ready to wait and ya better like the folks you’re with it’s tight and cozy. lol! BUT don’t be deterred (just be nice) everyone gets a seat and a very friendly wait staff. This is a very quaint neighborhood breakfast brunch spot. I have been wanting to try it for a few years now but never had time to wait…sometimes ya gotta wait. But finally made it. The front door staff were very friendly and eager to get me on the list. It was a full house, I went on a Sunday at about 10am about a 20 minute wait. When I was seated I was cheerfully greeted by Krys she was great. Food came out very quickly and was delicious. In ordered the biscuits and gravy. I will be attempting to make it back to check out the rest of the menu. Living on the east coast for over 25 years I have struggled to find a place with delicious diner style breakfast. Thank you!!
****I say moderate noise as there was a baseball team there. All good they also offer carry out and delivery. ****

The last time I visited this resturant it was memorable and when I came back to town to visit this was a place I wanted to eat.
Turned out to be a disappointment. The wait time didnt bother me, however the food was mediocre. What was once delicious before wasn't anything you couldnt find at Dennys on a bad day now. The eggs benedict was not soft and creamy... it was a boiled egg. The sauce was barely present and not true hollandaise sauce. The Buenos Benedict was nothing to be included in a good review. What a waste of time and money.

This restaurant isn’t just about breakfast, it’s a fantastic spot for lunch. The foods are very homemade. The burgers are awesome, and the chicken sandwiches are absolutely kickass. I especially love their California chickne sandwich. The steak was solid too, and their in-house balsamic dressing for the salad is truly one of a kind.

The staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Even the manager came by to greet us, which gave the whole visit that warm local business feel you just don’t get at the big breakfast chains. We went on a weekend, and yes, there was a bit of a wait, but to me, waitin at a restaurant usually means the food is worth it, and this place definitely proves that true.

This restaurant will be our family’s regular stop for both breakfast and lunch.

Great little breakfast place. It does get very full sometimes though. First time we tried to go here was Sunday brunch and there people waiting outside. We left because we had a limited amount of time. Been twice since. Service is good, all the food is very tasty and they do breakfast items and some regular sandwiches too. No cocktails or beer. On my last visit I had the garden omelette.

My family and I came in yesterday for the first time our waitress Krys was awesome and very attentive to us and we will definitely be back for the service and great food.

Josh did a great job. Timing on everything was perfect. He checked in frequently and made sure I enjoyed my meal. I would recommend this place for sure.

Bad service all the way around...will not recommend at all...asked for the manager and there was no manager or the owner around to put a complaint about the poor service we had with the hostesses...we decided to not wait and go eat at Denny's after all that trouble they made us go through

For the win! The service is always so wonderful. Happy employees tell a lot about a place. The food is pretty good and wait times are reasonable... even when the line is down the sidewalk.

Wow! We were blown away with breakfast! Not only with the amazing staff but the breakfast was amazing!!! I had the chicken and waffles and my family did the traditional everything was PHENOMENAL! Was a little bit of a wait but staff does an amazing job on seating everyone accordingly! The staff was very attentive and welcoming with smiles! The place is always clean and we will be coming here as our normal breakfast spot. We asked management to come out to complete how great everything was and she was so sweet and thanked us for coming in and hope to see us again! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good breakfast!

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at this place was so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others.
We arrived for breakfast and were seated at a cramped table that clearly wasn’t meant for the number of people in our party. The space was overcrowded, and we barely had enough room to move without bumping into others. It felt like they were trying to cram as many people into the space as possible without thinking about comfort or customer satisfaction.
After trying to make the best of it, we were told by the staff that our table wasn’t actually available and we needed to move. We weren’t given a new table right away, and the entire situation was just a mess. To top it off, we had to wait another 30 minutes before being seated again completely unnecessary, especially considering how cramped and uncomfortable the first seating was.
At no point did we feel like anyone cared about making the experience better. It’s one thing to have a busy restaurant, but it's another to treat your customers like an inconvenience. The whole experience was frustrating, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Would not recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant, stress-free breakfast.
