Man it was terrible experience in my life, we ordered fish Burgers, they says we don't make fish burgers, we ordered 6PC Chicken strip basket which should have fries, gravy and Toasts but when we opened at home, no toasts, fries were ice cold, chicken strips were old slimy and gray color, I called them multiple times first time he picked up phone I just start talking and he hung up on me and he never picked up phone after that. I kept trying to call then it was going straight to answering machine and answer was that mail box is full. The sales person name was Joseph

My wife ordered the regular nachos. Nachos were served with cheese and peppers. Before opening the box, we could smell the nachos and they had an old smell. The nachos were stale. We couldn't believe that someone would serve food in that state. It should have been easily noticed that the chips were bad by the smell alone. We live 20 minutes from the restaurant and wasn't noticed till we got home.

My chicken and dumplings was a brown, congealed mess. I couldn’t even eat it. They also got something wrong on everyone in my family’s meal. This location used to be pretty good, but it has gone downhill in the past year or so.

I am a fan of Dairy Queen and I love this one in particular, the cleanliness is extraordinary and the kindness of the workers is charming, the only peculiar thing is that there is no one who speaks Spanish or they did not want to speak Spanish. Everything else is excellent.
Parking: All good, be careful with underage children, because the parking lot is after the order street and is crossed by some traffic.

Update your phone number or train your employees. I called the number listed on Google and a guy answer and said "Amazon " I said I am trying to reach Dairy Queen and again he only says "Amazon" I repeated my question to get "Amazon " again. We live too far to drive over and wanted to ask a quick question. Last time we visited we waited 40 minutes for our food and the time before that 30 minutes. Not sure what's going on over there but you guys just lost a Customer. This is ridiculous.

This place going down hill… they need to remove Ms.Rude Merry!!! If that’s her real Name. She has a very bad Attitude. When you walk in the place I thought they suppose to greet the customer She don’t.. when Ordering my food she speaks to them employees like there nothing just know respect at all.. I’ve been trying to speak with someone over her for a while but I’ve been unable to get information I just Learned her Name this place has some workers that don’t deserve to come to work and be spoken to the way she speaks to them… Over all the food can be made more fresh then what’s being given out at the time of ordered..
Will not be coming back! I’ve come to this location multiple times with my son, and we have never had a good experience. The blizzards barely have any inclusions, and they don’t blend the blizzards past the top half… if I wanted a cup of plain soft serve, I would have ordered it that way (and yes, I’ve ordered extra inclusions and paid for them.. it doesn’t change the outcome) Today topped the cake though when I got a bite with a LITERAL LEAF in the blizzard!! I feel like I can’t win here.

Not sure how hard it could be to order a Large Coke. Been here 3 times and they they always give me diet Coke. You go back and tell them and the black ladies give you the stink eye. I think im done with that crap. Probably why i never see anyone there. Also slow, what else can I say!

My husband went a few minutes ago to get food for us after getting his food wrong twice at jack he decided to go here to come home with another wrong order the burger came with no meat! I’ve tried to call 4 times and no one is answering I would like a refund for our food as we are very upset.
