I enjoyed my cheese fries here. The staff was helpful and even confirmed my order because I know this isn’t a menu item. Yes I want melted nacho cheese on top of my fries lol If y’all ever went to secondary public schools in the deli area in the late 90’s you might have ordered this lol Thank you for your help.

I have gone twice since this location opened, I didn’t leave a review after my first visit because I wanted to believe it was a once off for how bad it was.

After my last visit nothing has changed. I mobile order two blizzards and both times I show up when it says to arrive and my order is not ready, by the time I get someone’s attention they let me know my order isn’t ready and that the seasonal ones they can’t make. So I tell them I’ll get something else and proceed to wait another 30 minutes for two blizzards.

This location has no leadership, just feels like young adults with not much work experience or training trying to run a restaurant and whoever the guy that I assumed is a manager not do anything other than run around and yell at the employees this store is in trouble.

One of the cashiers was having problems communicating with a customer (she was trying to use a translator app) and when she went to who looked like the manager for help he proceeded to not do anything and walk away leaving her to struggle.

I don’t know if I’ll try again at this location based on other reviews and the frequency of how bad they are I don’t know if the owners of the location actually care to do something.

This location is absolute garbage. This corner must be cursed, as everything that's ever been built here has always been a failure. Probably because it’s run by people who are always trying to save a buck and pinch every penny. I was excited when they put a Dairy Queen because I thought finally something they cant mess up. Well this is hands down the saddest excuse for a Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. We ordered a banana split and a hot fudge sundae, and they completely skimmed on the ice cream and the toppings. Tiny portions, zero care, and an overall terrible experience. Nothing about this place lives up to the Dairy Queen name. I won’t be coming back.

This new location definitely needs management with experience they have no control of the restaurant we waited 25mins for 3 dipped cones and aft that we visited again for dinner and we waited 45 mins and order was cold and nasty the Hispanic manager at nights is very rude and unprofessional as well went to drive thru at 9:17 p.m and he ignored me so I pull up to window and he said it was closed, please hire some adults

Horrible customer service. Not friendly at all and when I asked for a lid on one of my blizzards they can’t even do that! They over filled them and the ice cream was running down the cups and they saw and just put them in a drink carrier to hand to me. Then when I told them I asked for a lid they acted clueless and couldn’t even put the lid on because the blizzard was so melted.
Will take the extra drive to another location.

Went to Dairy Queen 12/1/25 around 12:30 in the drive through, i used the app to get a free blizzard and ended up being charged for a donation I did not choose to donate for. ( I donate to charities myself because it goes directly to them) The girl even hesitated to give me the receipt. I called and talked to Birsha? The manager and explained that I did not tell the girl I wanted to donate and the manager told me “try to come in the morning when I’m here” at HER convenience not mine. What kind of manager tells a customer try to come at this certain time? Why can’t she tell the other managers what happened and what solution she can offer me since they are the ones who made the mistake? Please hire better managers
I would love to talk to corporate because this is wrong and I wonder how many customers are being charged for “donations” without them knowing.
Dairy Queen please respond with a SOLUTION or offer a free item, not just “we would love to have you try us again” like the other responses to bad reviews this new location is getting.

I've been there 4 times since they opened less than a month ago. I have yet to be able to get a seasonal blizzard. If you go, be ready. They most likely will not have available what you are looking for. The only upside I can find is if you are on a diet, they will most definitely help you stick to it and not be able to cheat.
