This place is not a business. Address is a residence. Order goes through, they charge your card & send you confirmation email, even the time your order will be ready. You show up for pickup and it's a residence and noone answers the door! The phone number on file only rings and then hangs up. This listing should not even be active because this is not a place of business. What a waste of time! You will only be left having to dispute transaction because they process payment and deliver nothing in return!

Don't order from these people. Waste of time. I called them after I got a call from my door dasher saying he was there to pick up my order, but no one answered the door. The guy answered, shockingly, but it sounded like he just got off his couch with the TV on in background like he was watching Maury, or something. Anyway, he said it would be about 45 minutes and the dasher would have to come back because the order "just went through." The order I made an hour earlier btw... smh. Result: order canceled. Doordash refund.

I purchased the Sunshine Daisy Bouquet and Happy Birthday Balloon for my friend on Saturday, July 24th and she still hasn’t received it. The delivery was for 1:37pm that day (L0DmsyXTpZg7) I called this morning with a voicemail asking for a callback and still haven’t heard anything. I got an error when I left a review with the link they provided so now I’m trying it here.

I ordered an arrangement for my wife, at first it said 45 min. After about 15 minutes it said almost two hours. Well 30 minutes before delivery they called and said they were not open today. Y’all should adjust y’all hours instead of wasting people time!
