This place routinely never has orders on time… for years and years. Most recently I put in my order at 3 o’clock and said it to pick up at 6 PM and it still wasn’t ready at 6:15pm when I came by. Instead of being met with good customer service I was met with “do you see all these other people standing here waiting?” - from a young black woman, for real?? This is how you treat your customers? Screw this place

If I could leave a 0 I would‼️ There was a glitch in the Uber app where it would not take my updated address to my hotel room. I keyed in the location, name and room # of the hotel, however, it still sent my $55+ pizza order to this store to deliver to it to a Cypress address I normally deliver groceries to. As soon as the order sent to this store, within 30 seconds I made two attempts to cancel in the Uber app and it would not cancel. I immediately called the store to let them know the situation and that my current location is out of the delivery range. I asked them to not make the pizza as I’m trying to cancel it in the Uber app. The kid who answered the phone relayed to his manager my scenario. The manager said they could not stop the order because it was from Uber. I told them not to make the pizza as I’m actively trying to resolve this issue with Uber. The kid said they would not make the pizza. My card was charged and the pizza was never delivered; my family who was at home confirmed a pizza was never delivered. The Uber app also did not show a driver was dispatched. Uber also said that they could not cancel the order if the store starts working it. They didn’t start working it until I called. Horrible first impression.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I usually do carry out from the store on Fry rd. But on both occasions that I have had to have the pizza delivered this store is the one chosen closest to my address. The service here is terrible!!!! This go around I kept track of my order through the tracker and it had been sitting on quality check for a while. I call the store and was placed on hold only to be told that they only had one driver and it would be an additional 25 to 35 minutes. I waited an additional 45 minutes was placed back on hold for about 10 min. Called the store from another phone mind you while still being on hold and a lady answered. She claimed to be the manager and was so rude! She said they had 2 additional orders ahead of mind and when over an hour had passed and my order still stated it was on quality check. She said as quick to say she would cancel my order. This is terrible service and if they are short handed then maybe they shouldn’t activate the delivery option for this specific store off Mason! This is ridiculous!!!
I just moved in this area I was looking forward to coming to dominoes because it’s my favorite i ordered a pick up on Sunday first off the Caucasian girl that was cutting the pizza was very rude on the app it said my pizza was ready and when I got there to pick it up she said they were under staffed and it wasn’t ready and will take 45 mins to get it but it wasn’t ready like 7 workers all standing around literally.. The customers were so upset they were cancelling the orders very poor customer service 0/0 .. I do not recommend this location

This was 5 months ago and it still haunts me. We ordered pizzas. Solid? I love dommys. Always have. YEARS I've sworn best pizza is dommys. Well. This store ruined it. Pizza hut household now. Tell me why the pizzas had no sauce?!?!? NO SAUCE!?!??!?!? IT WAS SO DRY?!?!?!?!??!?!?! WHO COULD BE SO EVIL. WHY. WHY WOULD YOU RUIN MY NIGHT. I was showing someone how 'good' domino's is and that travesty arrived. My mouth was so dry eating even one slice. Needless to say, its the first time I've ever not finished my left overs. I cried in the shower over this. This broke me. What a disgrace to pizza, to humanity.
Be ashamed, you SHAM! YOU DARE USE THE DOMMYS NAME IN VEIN!!!!!
