Absolutely horrible customer service, the young lady at the front was rude and lacking class and common sense. Pizza was not served. Guess they need to work on this for ratings to go up.

This is how my pizzas arrived when I opened the boxes. I called the store. The store manager was unapologetic. He only said the drivers have a lot of pizzas and they get smashed. This means this store does not care about quality so what we do not see at the store when the pizzas are made could be frightening. I won’t order from this store anymore. I declined the refund.

Why have a phone number if no one picks it up? I listened for 4 minutes of a robot marketing commercial on repeat before giving up. My order is 30 minutes late 😤 I wonder when- if at all, it will get delivered.

I simply cannot express in words how impressed I was by this experience. It's very rare these days that any restaurant pleases me, let alone via delivery, and especially not the delivery of fast food. It pains me to admit this, because I've enjoyed so many pizzas around the country, including in Chicago and Detroit, and even better, I've been the beneficiary of many homemade pizzas, many of which were mine (I'm an accomplished amateur chef, and pizza is one of my family's faves), but the pizza Domino's delivered to me yesterday was quite possibly the best that I've ever eaten.
Moreover, this Domino's experience was absolutely perfect. They didn't just do everything right, they did everything perfectly. Ordering was simple. Every item ordered was made perfectly - no ingredients missed and no skimping at all. I ordered at 10:39 PM and it was delivered - HOT AND FRESH - at 10:51 PM. What might impress me most is that none of the sauces were forgotten or wrong, even though I made substitutions and additions. The reason I say that one of the jobs I had to put myself through college was delivering pizzas, and I know how important getting everything right is important, but so many places don't.

Very disappointing experience. The staff at this location are extremely disrespectful and argumentative. The manager, in particular, is very rude and talks down to customers instead of helping. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect when they are paying for food. We are spending our hard-earned money here, not asking for anything free. This kind of attitude makes the whole neighborhood look bad.
This place routinely never has orders on time… for years and years. Most recently I put in my order at 3 o’clock and said it to pick up at 6 PM and it still wasn’t ready at 6:15pm when I came by. Instead of being met with good customer service I was met with “do you see all these other people standing here waiting?” - from a young black woman, for real?? This is how you treat your customers? Screw this place
