I ordered 2 pizza and a salad. It said delivery in 24-32 min. On the tracker, my pizza sat at 'prep' for 45 minutes. When I tried calling to check in the status, nobody answered for 10 min. I finally hung up and then my pizza finally moved to 'bake'. After an hour and a half, we received our delivery. The pizzas were over seasoned and burned.
I've ordered from dominos many times and normally have decent service and food. Tonight was very poor on both.

6 P’s apply. Needs new management. Better work flow process. A multitask crew. Sub par performance every visit, so it can’t be a fluke. If you need a quick pizza, find somewhere else to order. A place where 6 minutes is synonymous with 20 minutes.

I usually don’t have an issue when coming here. But today I was very disappointed. There were several workers back there and clearly saw me and another gentleman walk in the door. No one greeted us to see what we needed they just starred. Finally someone comes and half ass helps the gentleman in front of me. You could clearly tell this man either just started there or was lost as to what was going on. He just told the gentleman his order wasn’t ready. I was next and gave my name. The guy turns around “doesn’t see my order” tells me mine isn’t ready. I told him that’s not what the app is telling me. It’s saying it’s ready. The guy is wearing an air pod and fidgeting with it clearly can’t hear us all the way and then the chaos going on back there as well. It was very unprofessional service!

We order a delivery pizza around 9:50ish and at 11:10 and never received it.we kept checking for updates on the app but nothing so after an hour we decided to call in the store. We called and they didn’t answer on the number it was ordered on so I called in a different phone and they answered within 10mins on hold. All they said they could do was remake the pizza and hope it gets delivered. Not a refund or any anything for the inconvenience of not answering the phone. I would have rather taken my chances with door dash at this point. Never again. Horrible way to handle the situation.
