Domino's Pizza

I ordered a pizza around 11:30 am on the app, after an hour I called the store to ask where my order was and why it was taking so long, they told me that they had no drivers available and that they were waiting for a driver to take my order, that I was next on the delivery list, finally my order arrived at 1:40 pm after 2 hours, incredibly absurd.

I got delivery maybe a mile from the location, my driver was Austin, my cook was Joseph
I paid for extra bacon and there's less bacon on here than anything else. I left instructions of where to drop off which were ignored with no notice you actually showed up so after finally finding my pizza in an area I am NOT allowed in it was ice cold! this is the most disgusting $30 I've ever eaten I'm never coming back

Sooooo the manager informed me ( the one refunding my money) that gloves are not required. Why? It’s 2024 and people have mast tendencies. Insane!

Update still hire people with nasty attitudes i checked in using the app the lady brings ny pizza saying next time i need to check in cause she only brought the pizza out cause my caution lights on. Yall hate yall job quit and not take it out on customers

Order online using dominos curbside . Waited 5 mins after I pulled up off my order which had already been ready for 44 mins just to be told a driver took my order no other solution was offered other than to wait till he came back with my food . I went in and requested a refund . Called to speak with manager she had an attitude and said she didn’t see the issue because I received a refund and she also said “congratulations” on my refund . I had 2 hungry kids in the car you think I wanted refund? So I went back speak with the manager over her. The same girl Ryan threatened to call the police and soon and I walked in because I was recording. I left after a brief back and forth . I drove home pulled up to my house backed in it’s a vehicle stopped in front of me taking pictures. I recognized the driver and car from dominos ! They followed me home ! THE DELIVERY DRIVER FOLLOWED ME HOME! Y’all be cause order from this location ! I called the police and they lied and said he had a delivery but he was followed me every stopped and took pictures of me .

This dominos in particular is super accurate and attentive to modifications, I’ve never had a single issue with them and find this location to also have extremely delicious food, I prefer this once over the dominos down the street!

Updated to say..still..The Extravaganza pizza is always hot and delicious! The Classic Garden salad was wonderful. The separate areas in the container for the salad ingredients is a great idea. The best brownies too! Many thanks for this wonderful delivery service by Aziz. He is the fabulous!

I've ordered a lot of food from this location, the drivers are always fast and courteous and I've never had any issues with the food, what more could you ask for?

Been on hold for 13 minutes now. I HATE being forced to order online. I’m old fashioned & want to talk to someone to place my order. Guess I won’t be eating dominoes pizza any more. Bummer.

I’m gonna give 5 stars because I don’t eat chain pizza often. Regardless of the reason I ended up ordering from here, what an amazing fast food experience. Food, service, and employees were great. I’ll return when these needs arise.
