Just left this location, I had been coming here since 2005. Every time I get Mohammed as the person up front the service is horrible. He is rude. Today I order on line and got my text msg. Saying it was ready so I went inside to pick up and this guy told no it’s not ready I tried to explain the the app and the big screen said it was ready, he put his hand up in the air to shut me up and said no it’s not ready. I stay there waiting by register I saw him giving my pizza to some else I it had my name on the ticket sticking out, once again I tried to tell me that’s my order and he shut me up again and walked away, 35 minutes later I finally got my pizza. (It was just 1 pizza pepperoni) nothing complicated, and he didn’t even acknowledge me or even apologize he acted like I was a burthen and he was doing me a favor. Completely disappointed and very upset because it’s not the first time this employee is rude. No one else acts like this guy every one else is pretty friendly.

Second time ordering from this location. First it was over two hours from delivery, and they refused to do anything about it. Second time I had items missing. The driver assured me they would be right back with missing items, but never came back. I called the store three times and was hung up on three times in a row. Worst customer service possible. Dominoes wants to give me a discount on my next order like I would ever eat or let anyone around me eat from there ever again

Never received my order, I paid and order wasn’t process. And when I call worker was very rude.
I ordered pizza after 9 pm and received a call from the manager stating they couldn’t deliver to my home. Although this location had delivered to my home numerous of times before. He stated he would cancel the order and have me call the order into another location. I advised him I would just pick the order up. When I arrived at the location to pick up the pizza the manager had already cancelled the order so he did comp it for the huge inconvenience. I’m glad he chose a solution that would bring satisfaction to me the customer.

I will probably keep ordering from here but the driver who delivered my order 4 days ago was very unprofessional and rude all because of a tip. I was debating if I should post this or not or even call the store but decided to post a review instead as since it has been 4 days already. However, I did give a it was a small one nonetheless still a tip, had he asked me nicely I would have said yea sure I can up it a bit more but instead he completely ignored my delivery instructions and rang the door bell on purpose when I specifically have a huge sign outside that says DO NOT RING DOOR BELL! Porch lights were on so he definitely saw it and I have guests over and their children were sleeping! ? and then he went an extra mile and wrote on the receipt saying “wow ?” basically. Drivers in my area make slightly below average BUT they get mileage reimbursement plus their paychecks plus tips! So for him to go that for over one tip from one customer when you know for sure that I am not your only customer for the night and you’re gonna get more tips!
