Went through the drive thru for coffee, had to go inside because I thought they forgot about me. Well the guy at drive through window gave my drink to wrong person and when we realized it he just laughed about it and shrugged it off. Luckily there was a young lady there that actually cared, she was rushing to get my drink ready and while she was doing that the guy that caused all this was just there making fun of her (very unprofessional) while she fixing his mistake and he didn’t even offer to help her. This kids needs a talking to.

I wanted one of those frosted cappuccino but they are always to sweet. I asked could the use half the mix cause its to sweet. He said its going to be lumpy if we do that and I said ok. Thinking they were not going to honor my request. A few minutes later he opens the windows and hands me a pale frosted cappuccino. Oh my goodness. My hips and butt thank you so very very much. Love u guys.

Go there at least three times a week. They’re on point. Their coffee is always fresh. Their employees always have a smile on their face.

I usually consider myself a very patient person who makes an effort to understand others and communicate effectively so that any transaction goes smoothly. However, today was extremely frustrating, and I feel like I wasted my money.

I ordered a coffee that was poorly made, rushed, and not even close to what I asked for. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue at this location. The service I received from Yadira was disappointing—her body language, attitude, communication, and overall customer service were unacceptable. This has happened more than once, even when I’ve ordered something as simple as an iced coffee or the $5 meal deal.

To add to that, the substitution of croissants with subpar flautas in the new deal is also a letdown.

Frankly, I won't be returning to this location. If you're in a bind and just need a basic black coffee or maybe a glazed donut, it might be okay. But for anything else, I’d recommend going elsewhere. Even the young man working in the mornings seems overwhelmed and lost, and there’s clearly a lack of communication and leadership—especially with someone like Yadira in a lead role.

Always out of everything for sundaes. Or maybe they’re too lazy to make it. The customer service is always horrible. One day they don’t charge you for something and the next they do. Smh.

Experienced the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen at a fast food establishment. After driving away with donuts that my toddler touched and stepped on once he saw his donuts were incorrect. I witnessed an employee put those same donuts back in the bin with the rest of donuts to be resold to other customers. I will be reaching out to the board of health!

Clean place. Seems to run out of the items we usually purchase. Early morning should not be out of items. Later in the day would make more sense, but it is still not good for business.

Every time I step foot in here, it's a horrible experience. There is no customer service, the workers don't acknowledge you, and the wait is way too long even when it's not busy. Yadira and the young gentleman were just nasty! The fact that you would handle someone's else delivery like it's not food is distasteful and disrespectful, especially if someone is being polite!

One of the employees couldn't put 25 munchkins in a box and asked if you want your chocolate milk hot or cold. They also didn't give us any napkins, although we ordered an avocado toast the 25 munchkins and a cream cheese bagel. So for $22, we got 0 napkins.

This morning, I had an unfortunate experience at the drive-thru of Dunkin’ Donuts involving an employee named Pearl@. As I received my order, I paused to confirm everything was correct before driving off — something I believe any paying customer has the right to do. However, while I was checking, Perla began yelling at me, saying that was my entire order and that there was a line behind me. I fully understand that there may be a line, but I had waited my turn and simply needed to verify my order was accurate.

While I was still trying to speak, Perla abruptly closed the window, which I found extremely unprofessional. I signaled for a manager, and when she came, I calmly explained that I found the behavior distasteful and unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect and allowed the chance to verify their order without being rushed or spoken to rudely.

To add to the disappointment, both of the drinks I received did not taste good, although I chose not to escalate the situation further. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service going forward.

Horrible customer service, Managers needs to pay more attention who they hire. These teens don’t have any experience on customer service (very rude) , they never have nothing available in I came here three days in a row and they never have any chocolate for shakes or donuts.
