Ok…. Do you want to hear colors? This is the place for you. I’ve never gotten an incorrect order or a bad cup of coffee at this location. The employees at this location are cheerful and engaging. Mels the manager will happily make suggestion if you are bored with your typical order or just don’t know what to get. Music and a friendly smile are what you get either walking up are through the drive through. The drive through is always smooth and organized and even if you are 5th in line they work hastily to get you rolling to your next destination. Don’t pass this location. It just isn’t worth going to any other place.

This is my favorite Dutch location! They are always so friendly and inviting. It is very genuine and they never failed to bring a smile to my day. They had the best recommendations for drinks if you’re not sure of what to get! I wouldn’t have made it through law school finals without them!!!

Absolutely love this location! Management and the entire team have been an absolute joy to see everyday. Yes, I said everyday because my wife and I are regulars here (sometimes more than once a day). The drinks are always so amazing and we always bring friends and family here to try it when they come to town to visit.
I cannot say enough how attentive everyone is at this location and how they are always smiling and genuinely interested in making sure you are taken care of. I will always go out of my way to come to this location because they are efficient and respectful.

I’m currently writing this as I’m waiting for my order. As good as Dutch Bros is, every time I’ve been to the Cypress location on 290 and Skinner, the wait time has been extremely long. The other day, I spent 25 minutes in the drive-thru line. I’m not sure if it’s just this location or if Dutch Bros everywhere has this issue, but the wait times are consistently long.

Love this Dutch! Drinks are on point consistently. The tiny amount of times my drink wasn’t as expected, they are quick to offer a fix without a fuss. I appreciate their recommendations and they are able to accommodate my preference of sugar free options. This place never makes drinks consistently. Can't follow simple instructions. They have the nerve to ask for tips for horrible drinks. On multiple visits I've seen them screw up other people's drinks while I wait in line.
