Drive thru service is atrociously bad, as in the worst I have ever experienced… 10:00 am 12/28/25 Been here 30-40 minutes - I have never sat in a line this long for a cup of coffee & a wrap. I understand there’s people here, but this place needs to figure out how to get people in / out quicker. Unacceptable - Won’t be back…

I just wanted to leave a review…not about my drink, because let’s face it, the drinks here are always really good…but about the service I received today. The staff is usually friendly and the service is always good…but today was different…in a good way. I was having a particularly tough day and the young woman in the drive thru who took my order wasn’t just doing her job. She saw past the smile I tried to put on my face & saw me struggling. She took an extra moment to reach her hand out and just be gracious & kind. I wish I had gotten her name because today I was served more than just a drink. I hope she sees this and knows she made a huge difference in my day. Please tell her thank you for seeing me. (12/15/25 5:30pm)

drink took forever when there was no one is drive through and i'm the only one on line due to worker talking to her friend im assuming. my drink tasted like she didn't rinse the shaker due to being distracted usually have a great experience but today was 1/10 especially with me already having a bad day was supposed to help my day feel brighter 12/10 @2:15 pm

Great location, staff are always super friendly and the coffee is on point. Fast service. So glad that it's my local spot. If you have never been to Dutch bros I would recommend the golden eagle. You cannot go wrong with that one. If it is in season, the Christmas drinks are also are a really good option.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Dutch Bros today. They have two lanes, but the employee was only taking orders from one lane the entire time. Cars in the other lane, including mine, were just sitting there waiting while the other side kept moving. It completely defeats the purpose of having two lanes and made the wait much longer than it should’ve been. Very poorly managed.

Used to be mine and my husband’s favorite location, most of the staff is completely different,The faces that used to be there were so GREAT!! We miss them! Now the employees just don’t seem interested in their regulars much less a first timer. I order the same drink and have been but it seems like they just aren’t interested in making it. I went to a different location today and they took my order with a smile and presented my order with a smile. Basically they didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience for my drink which is quite simple it’s just a drink that was featured in the summer and I just get regular soft top since the don’t have the soft top that initially came with the drink. I used to have my auto tipping on until my last visit there a week ago, I’m tired of getting messed up drinks or the attitude about ordering my drink. Also 3 days ago my husband ordered his cold pour chocolate milk like he always does for him and our daughter and they gave him “chocolate milk cold brew” Crazy!
