I have to update my review sadly for worst. I have been a faithful customer since Dutch opened. My to go store was and still is on Barker Cypress across from the Goforth Park, kids there are really nice and friendly. My issue here at the Fry Rd. Is that they never listen to my requests. I order a latte without foam. Lattes don't have foam! In that case I would order a capuccino. Theg put lots of foam and I end up with an inch less or 1 1/2 less coffee. I want my whole size coffee and I don't like foam. I stopped coming here and going back to my original store. I am not satisfied with the way they prepare my coffee and dismissing my requests.THIS PLACE IS WORST AND WORST WITH ALL THE NEW PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT FRIENDLY AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE COFFEE

4 cars ahead of me, arrived at 1:33 got my coffee at 1:58. Tried to leave the line after the 25 minute mark couldn’t due to the lines merging. Never coming back here unless i have all day to waste

This location is by far my favorite DB store! I visit multiple times a week- my drink is always consistent, the staff is the sweetest including the manager Marina, and they are super quick no matter how long the line is! My dog gets a pup cup every time too and loves the attention!

I just had a young lady be rude and not speak to me at the window. She got a bad attitude when I said …please don’t forget the extra sweet cream. Wow… I was not being rude or anything. I said it with a nice tone, I like sweet coffee and I am paying for the extra. People really need to be taught good customer service and friendliness. No reason to not respond when she handed me my drink and I said that k you so much…. Crickets! Rude!

The gentleman that worked on Thursday January 1st at around 8:30-9:00 pm he took our order n i want to say u guys should definitely give him the biggest raise ever his energy was so amazing and bubbly really fast worker and super nice vibes i will for sure be stopping by more often atmosphere is amazing
