We ordered spicy tuna, spicy salmon and tuna rolls.

When we arrived, there were total of two customers including us. We were there five minutes before second customers came in. The waitress took the orders from the second customer before she got to us. After getting our food, we were never asked how was our food. When we ordered more food, we never got it. We had to remind the waitress more than once. After still not getting it after inquiring about it twice, we asked to take it off our check. We will likely never return to the restaurant.

I loved the people and food, so many choices. But the only reason I will never go back because it not a non smoking environment.

We have been going to Edijin for the majority of our time living in the Cypress area. They have the best fish and it’s always fresh and delicious!

This no-frills, family-friendly gem is our favorite sushi spot in the area. Small but mighty, with fresh rolls, great service, and none of that fishy smell you sometimes get at sushi places. Always a reliable choice!

The sushi rolls were better than the sashimi. Our server was good and quick but it took quite a while for the rolls to be made. The atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired. It's clean but the decor, music, and layout are quite boring. Definitely not a place for a date night. Very casual.

Probably some of the best sushi I've eaten. Service was great and entertaining. Had Cucumber salad, sweetheart roll, and many others. Must stop if you like sushi and are in the area

Had a wonderful lunch with our girlfriends. Our waitress was fantastic but leaving for college in July. Everything we ordered was beyond good. It was a Monday and the sushi was on happy hour all day. Try the seaweed salad because it is delicious!

Went to Edojin Sushi for the first time on a Friday night and had a fantastic experience! The ambiance was great, cozy, clean, and inviting. The whole staff was attentive and friendly, but a special shoutout to Kelli, who was our server. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, made great recommendations, and really added to the overall vibe of the evening. Bonus: it’s BYOB, which is always a plus. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

I went to edojin a few days ago and had Kelli as my server. She waited our table so nicely and whatever we needed was accommodated for very quickly. She also made the night lively and was making good conversation with us. We loved having our meal at Edojin!

I had a fantastic experience at Edojin, and a big part of that was thanks to our incredible server, Kelli. From the moment we were seated, she was attentive, and knowledgeable. She guided us through the menu with great recommendations. Will definitely be back soon.

One of my favorite sushi spots to frequent! The raw options are so refreshing. The cooked options are warm and super tasty. Wish I could rate this place higher.
