Our go-to place when we get hit with a sushi craving. Everything is fresh, the customer service is top-notch, and the pricing during Happy Hour is a steal. One of the things that puts it over all the other sushi places in town for me is the nori is just perfect. Not paper thin but not like chewing electrical tape either. Just perfect. My wife and I smash about 6 rolls every time we go in. Highest of recommends!

This is my FAVORITE sushi spot in Cypress - Maybe in Houston! Quality ingredients, friendly & attentive staff. Prices are AMAZING! They have non-alcoholic drinks & alcohol is BYOB. You supply the alcohol & they will supply you with something to drink it out of hahaha... it's such a creative and fun menu, while still keep everyone's classic faves on there too. I highly recommend Edojin to everyone!
My wife wanted to try this place and I have to say it was excellent decision… the food was awesome, the red baron roll is the best, and the service was excellent too…it was packed but where I come from that means you are the in good restaurant…Highly recommended!!

Went in for lunch asked for the lunch bento chicken teriyaki box. It was so not worth 18.40. They gave me a half of piece of grilled chicken strip and I do mean a chicken strip half. The fried rice had no favor was just nasty. The fried vegetables was over cooked. The shrimp tempura sushi made me want to throw up. I would not recommend this place.

Love this place! The workers are always friendly and seem to love what they do even when it’s busy.Flavors hit right in the spot, that’s why we always go here. Last time portioning was slightly smaller than usual - perhaps a bad day.But we still look forward to eating here!
