The service was genuinely good the staff was polite and attentive throughout my visit. The restaurant itself is average in terms of atmosphere and cleanliness. Unfortunately, the flavor of the chicken was disappointing and didn’t meet my expectations. While I don’t plan to return, I can say the service was not the issue.

The place is super cold, service was great, the food here is super bland and doesn’t taste good unless you add salsa to it or something. The drinks were good though! Prices as well are good

El Pollo Loco never disappoints! The fire-grilled chicken is always juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The sides are fresh, and the salsas add the perfect kick. Service is usually quick and friendly, but portion sizes, especially on chicken pieces, could be a bit more generous at times. Overall, a fantastic spot for a delicious and satisfying meal!
