This place is just a straight rip off. They charge stupid amounts for a New York steamer, that has a drizzle of sauce, literally 4 slices of meat on the largest sandwich (you'll be lucky if the meat isn't crusty), and a sprinkle of cheese. Every time. And that's if they even get your order right in the first place. Firehouse used to be fantastic, now it's worse than subway for 3x the price. Irks me so much that you people ruined my favorite sub place.

Don't listen to that Manny guy. I've seen him come in several times and harrass the staff and other customers. In his review you can see he's taking photos of them not in uniform and getting mad when he receives the same attitude he gives out. He's yelled and insulted the staff here several times and is crying because they won't take it lying down. This place is filled with wonderful people who can make mistakes just like any other location.

I’m done giving this place my business. They mess up my sandwich more than half time which is a lot since I come here weekly multiple times. They add sauces that I cannot eat so I have to throw the sandwich away and make a dispute with my bank. Stay away from this location by all means. Their workers also hide the food when you come to pick up so it’s getting cold when they’re not attended to you. Terrible experience and we will not be coming back to this location anymore sadly.And this worker I posted can fix her attitude before someone else does it for her.

The employee told us that the store manager told him to honor only 1 Valentine's Day buy one sub with chips & drink/get one medium sub free coupon "per group." The coupon, as emailed, literally spells out, "one per person," NOT one per group. The employee refused to also honor my son's coupon, because I was using my coupon. I asked if the manager was there, he said yes, then when I asked to speak to the manager, he said the manager wasn't actually there. He asked if I wanted both subs with everything on them, I said yes, but then when we got home to eat them, they did not have lettuce, tomatoes, or onions as requested. The subs were very skimpy on ingredients overall.

I've been here maybe once or twice before. My husband wanted to try it out. It's okay, I realize that they help emergency services with their purchases. It's just not as good of a sandwich as Jimmy John's or Jersey Mike's to me. The bread is always soggy by the time you eat your sandwich a couple minutes after made. The meat quality is okay, it's just not as good of a sandwich to me as the others, But it is better than Subway. I may happen upon here again in a couple years, but for now this place is okay.

Walked at 1115 to get food. There were unopened boxes of chips in front of register. Tables were dirty I’m assuming from last night. No sweet tea had been made and the drink area was a mess either already or still from the night before.

so disappointed, for 12.00 my sandwich was super small and mostly bread, i didnt get my pickle on the side, i asked for chicken & dumpling soup not chicken noodle, soda/ice machine was broke , asked for ice since the tea was pretty warm it took so long i sd nevermind , i wont be back to this location. I shouldve followed my senses & went next door to Jimmy Johns

UPDATE: I ended up calling 44x last night. Still no answer. I’ve tried calling 11x this morning, but they’ve disconnected their phone. I’ll just take my business elsewhere. No way I’m ordering another sub from here. If no one can talk about why this business is the way it is, then I’m not going to support them. You can either learn the hard way, as many others have or just not waste your time in the 1st place. They need to fire everyone at this location, including management!Horrible horrible service. It’s 50/50 if they get your order right. Don’t bother calling. I called 30x to no answer. They get my entire order wrong every time. For a $32 sub, I’d expect more. Ordered a meatball pepperoni gluten free sub with no meatballs and extra meat and cheese. When it arrived, no cheese, no pepperoni, not gluten free, and extra meatballs. I have celiacs disease. It’s a good thing they didn’t do this to a child with the same disease.

Here on Wednesday after lunch 11/22. (1:22 pm) Doubtful I'll come back. Service is getting worse every visit. No Tea / no ice in machine. Generally good subs , I travel for business & eat at them regularly. This one close to home, they don't seem to care.

Horrible service. Wouldn't allow my children to add extras/toppings to their sandwiches. The manager - "Lily" was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.When I asked why weren't the kids allowed to add any toppings to their sandwiches, she replied "because I said so" and walked off. Needless to say, we walked off also... and dined elsewhere.
