The atmosphere is great everyone in this restaurant is very friendly. The waitress “Angela” is very kind!! Needles to say that the food was great this is why we keep coming back!! And the hostess was very attentive. Thank yall!!!!

Chickichanga with a side of potatoes. Very fresh and hot ingredients, also ordered the carrot cake and blue berry pancakes. Overall tasty. Would go back and try other items in the menu that also looked good.

Honestly, I normally love the breakfast items here but I ordered a salad and am highly disappointed. For a $15, this is what I received. I did ask for no chicken but I am missing the bulk of the items, including avocado and tomatoes. Very disappointed in their lunch side of things.

I’d been really looking forward to trying this place! The atmosphere was lively and busy, which I actually liked — it made the space feel full of energy.

It did take a little while (over five minutes) before our server came by to take our drink order. She was very kind, but seemed unsure about the beverage prices and had to double-check. Normally, that wouldn’t bother me, but since I had an infant with me, I was hoping things would move along a bit quicker.

My husband and I both ordered the two favorites - one meal. I had the chicken avocado chop salad and tomato bisque soup, and he went with the roast beef and Havarti sandwich and super food kale salad. I really enjoyed my salad and so did he— it was fresh and flavorful — and the soup was decent for me, but nothing too tasty or special about it. I was a bit disappointed that my salad only had one small piece of avocado, but when I mentioned it, our server was very understanding and quickly brought extra, which I appreciated.

My husband liked his salad but wasn’t too impressed with the sandwich. I also noticed a few staff members chatting idly, both in the dining area and the kitchen, which was a little frustrating given how hungry we were.

Overall, it was an okay experience — not terrible, but not quite as good as I’d hoped. I might give it another try in the future. I will say, though, $4 for brewed coffee felt a bit steep, especially since they couldn’t steam milk — only warm it — which seemed odd for a brunch spot. A few small tweaks could really elevate the experience.

I’d like to recognize Isabel personally because every time I visited, she happened to service my table and she’s always giving great service. Someone that really cares a lot about the people she tends to and it makes my family and I happy to know that she works at first watch.
