I haven't had a bad experience yet.Staff is attentive and cordial.The food always tastes great.It's a bit small and it gets packed so you might have to wait a bit but you will definitely find something to enjoy.

I ordered a bowl of oatmeal and bacon to go. I waited over an hour. They do not have a process to separate in house dining from to go so you have to wait however long it takes. I asked to speak with a manager and she only had excuses. Then someone came up and she was rude and confrontational. This was only my second time visiting a First Watch and likely my last. Poor customer service and poor business management.Not to mention, on of the waiters had both hands in his head scratching like he was digging for gold. I bought that to their attention and they never addressed it. Just plain nasty.
