Great, as always. Service was lacking as nobody greeted us, and the floor was sticky and gross. I’ve been a Five Guys fan for years, and it’s gonna take more than a quiet high schooler behind the register and some poorly mopped floors to keep me from coming back, but I can’t imagine everybody else feels the same about a $15-$20 burger meal. Another blemish was my son’s disappointment in how few options were available in the freestyle machine. He loves those things but said almost everything was out.

Well. Just have to post this. Can’t say this is strictly a Five Guys thing so giving 5 stars for service and the food is good but OMG the costs seem out of line with reality 7.49 for a regular fries and 12 for a cheeseburger. Two adults for fast food lunch $40+ No fast food is worth that. Will be limiting my trips to all shops with this level of inflated pricing.

So refreshing to see females working here before there was nothing but a team with old men who would hit on me every time I would come in and it was super weird and uncomfortable. Nice to be treated with such respect by these ladies food was 1010 in the male Workers on shift were absolutely undeniably respectful.

Question is why would u make my burger and leave it in a bag for 15mins and give me fresh fries makes no sense to eat cold burger with hot fries and this black boy with long hair telling me it's not completely cold it's good like man really I've been here for 39mins and I placed order online 10mins ago worse service ever

Food is great, obviously it depends on your taste but I love the food here, however it’s important to note that they do charge quite a bit, definitely more for a once in a while thing than a everyday meal unless you can afford, if your just yourself and you get a burger and fries it can cost upwards of 20 dollars- especially if you get their amazing Cajun fries, which you should as their regular fries are just okay, adding it all up it’s a pretty good restaurant, pretty mid priced however

This food place is way to expensive to eat. You order a hamburger. You are asked what you want on it. Then asked if you want fries...they are extra. Then if you want a drink...it is extra. I was fullish and went on. The total for Hamberger, fries and a drink was almost $25.00!!! I will not be back!!!
