The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and took my order even though I showed up fifteen minutes before closing time. They completed my order in a timely manner. When I realized I needed the order to "to go", The guys promptly, with a smile, prepared my order. The sandwiches were fresh, hot and delicious. We will be back.

I have seen Five Guys around for a few years. This was my first visit to one of their locations. It was excellent. The burger was tasty. The fries were plentiful. The atmosphere was great. They played a pleasant variety of background music at about the right volume. I especially enjoyed the readily available peanuts in the shell. We ate here during a break while we attended my daughter’s dance competition.

They have the most delicious burgers & fries. I stopped at this Cypress location & ordered a burger to go. It turned out to not be what I ordered. Always disappointing when this happens to any food order. I spoke to the manager (I wasn't mad) thinking maybe I got someone else's food. But no, it just wasn't made correctly. He told me to come in any time & he will make a burger for me at no cost. So 2 days later I did go back & the manager was so extremely friendly and nice. He upgraded my burger , made it just the way I asked, and even filled the bag with their delicious fries. I really appreciate it when management listens to a customer and tries to make things better. I would recommend Five Guys food anyway but I definitely want to recommend this particular location for the excellent customer service.
