Great food. Manager came over and had a friendly conversation with us. We joked about taking a box of peanuts. He said they weren't for sell, but they wouldn't stop us.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with all the toppings, but it arrived missing most of them. Even after I asked for a fix, it was still incomplete — no mushrooms at all. I’m not giving one star just because it remains my favorite burger whenever I visit the U.S.

Five guys should honestly work on their pace. They move slower than slow. Soon as you think they done they will be like they bout to make the fries and then the drinks and they going to work on other peoples orders instead of handing you yours first. I been observed this for like 2 years now. I really fought the urge to leave a review all this time but tonight was my last straw.
Y’all got good food and what not but please have a sense of urgency and respect the time of your customers.

It's a good Five Guys location, there's not much for me to say. The food was what you expect, and the staff were very nice. The only thing is that the only working soda fountain didn't seem to be mixing the syrup correctly, because the fountain drinks didn't taste correctly.

This is my sixth Five Guys location in the Houston area that I’ve visited. Five Guys always gets it right. I love that your food and especially fries are made to order. The crew was super nice and friendly. I didn’t wait long for my food and it was fresh + hot. The Cajun fries were a bit crazier than usual. The spice kept kicking it up a notch.
I would gladly choose this location to eat in the area while visiting. The other food options around here are meh. Five Guys is the way to go folks.

I don’t know what has changed but I have to say that Janari and the team today were on it. So friendly and happy. It’s nice to see people that love what they do.

The burgers are tasty and fresh. This last time we ordered thru activemenu and our order was ready when I got there. Made a quick and tasty dinner at the spur of the moment.

I know that many folks rave about Five Guys, but while their burgers are fairly good, I've always found them to be quite dry because Five Guys insists on cooking them well-done (sometimes super well-done, which = super dry). I'm also not the biggest fan of their french fries because they're never evenly seasoned. You have better local options for a burger than Five Guys, folks. Their bacon-cheese hot dog is pretty darn good, though.

Love 5 Guys, but for the price, you can get good burger and fries for half the cost elsewhere. 3 stars based on price
