I initially pulled up at the drive-thru. However, it was an incredibly long wait, so I went inside. Once inside, the service was quick, and the young lady who took my order was very friendly. As a matter of fact, everyone was friendly and efficient.

Visit this location often. He food is always hot and fresh. The staff is very pleasant. Claudia is always so kind and very professional. It's great to see some business still value their customers.

My experience with frenchy’s was great for my first time Stacie W gave me a very pleasant welcoming and extremely positive attitude I love the chicken I will be coming back for the kings choice again although I got old chicken it was still good

I promised the young lady I would leave a review so here it is. I used to visit the location on Barker Cypress until you opened this one and the other closed. I don't eat a lot of fried food but when I do; one of my favorites is Frenchy's. The chicken is seasoned to perfection and the sides are good; although I like my collard greens just a little more spicy. One thing that sets a good restaurant apart from others is employees. Stacie W is great in your drive-thru. She has a positive attitude and bubbly personality. She should be the standard for drive-thru personnel so please give her some recognition because in today's society; employees like her can make or break visits to your establishment. Thanks...

I have never been disappointed! The staff is super friendly! The inside is very clean! Stacie took my order and her level of energy and cheerfulness was amazing! She repeated my order back to me and when I got to the window, she repeated it again to make sure that she got it right before taking my payment. She had a smile on her face. It was very kind
