Frenchy's Chicken-FM 529. Cypress

I always try to stop at Frenchys when Im in Houston, the OG on Scott St. (If you attendedTx Southern University, You Know) this one just happens to be in the KT, Cypress area it was very clean, and the service was exceptional

Have to wait forever for your food. WHY do they wait till everything runs out before fixing more food.

I went to this restaurant and the food terrible. The got three orders of the 5 wings. They were cold, fried to hard, oil tasted bad. Also, the fries was cold. I call back and express to the manager Keiori and informed her my issue. She said that I need to come back to the store and bring the food back. I advised that at this point it was trashed and I wasn’t going to drive 20 mins back and with traffic. I asked for her general manager. She stated his name was Via he would call me the next day. I didn’t receive a call back from him. I had to call back to the store. When I did speak with Via he said he couldn’t refund me my money back. That is something they do not do. He could as a courtesy give me 5 wings. I advised I care not to ever eat at this establishment ever again. So, you give me bad food and want me to come back again for more bad food. That is crazy and unacceptable. I will make sure I post on my social media platforms the experience I had. We didn’t reach a resolution.

Went to this Frenchy's to try out their chicken. It wasn't all that good. It sure didn't match up with the hype.

They must be killing bantam chickens, because all of the pieces were very small. The white meat was way overcooked and dry.

If they are trying to hold their pricing down by downsizing the portion sizes it is, in my opinion, not a good resolution.
Serve full sized portions and charge a little more----I would rather do that than get a small thigh that looks like it came off a pigeon!!!!!

While the food is always good please double check your orders before you leave I ordered tenders they gave me wings instead seems like they always have a hard time paying attention to drive thru orders but the food is always good

This is by far, the best Frenchy's. The white meat combo and peach cobbler were delicious, and the drive thru service was super friendly and fast. This was my first visit at this location, but will only come here from now on whenever I have the taste for some good fried chicken.
