The new owners have really made the effort to give a varied and very good selection to dine in or take out. We have done both to make sure the quality and service is consistent....and it was exactly how you always hope a restaurant will be. The preparation and portions give you your money's worth.The restaurant scene in our area keeps getting better.
Recently renovated, the inside looks good (I think they took out their indoor seating though). The menu has also been updated but they still made a dish that was on the old one and not listed on the new. Being probably the only original resturant when they built the shopping center, their food recipes have only improved over the years (first moved to Fairfield in 1996). Though moved away, it is one of my husband's favorite Chinese places. He is from Brooklyn and is very picky...

If you like pan fried dumplings, they by far have some of the best, the sauce is also perfect. I would eat these daily if I could. Ive had fried dumplings at other smaller places and these, at Golden China are by far the best.
