The Chicken Francese was fantastic!! It was a tender, flavorful chicken with a perfect lemon butter sauce. The balance of zesty and rich flavors made each bite enjoyable. A classic dish done right, and one I would definitely recommend!

We went out with a group of friends and had a wonderful time! Their appetizer bread is soft and topped with olive oil and parmeasan. It also tastes delicious with the spinach artichoke dip. For my entre, I got the tortellini and it was super cheesy. I loved the sauce and the colorful pasta. The mini cannoli was also adorable, I liked that it was bite sized. I could focus on eating my pasta instead of saving room for dessert. That's not to say that the other desserts didn't look delicious. I want to come back and try the Lemon cheesecake! Our server Julie was also sweet and friendly, I would definitely recommend her.

Grato’s glory days may be nearing the end, sadly it has become just another subpar restaurant. We started going to Grato a couple years ago, and were excited to finally have a good Italian restaurant nearby. It quickly became one of our faves that we went to often, the sauces in the dishes were flavorful, garlic knots freshly made with a moist chewy center, and salads were always a fresh crisp green. It was great- until this past year. We always get the carry out, and the quality began going downhill. Things would be missing from the bag, no bread, wrong dressing- missteps that are easy to forgive and overlook. Not a big deal, we felt this place was still great. Then the food dishes themselves started to change, quantities were less than usual, sauces less flavorful, bread is often hard and dry. In one example about a month ago, an order of lasagna was received with less than 25% of its normal serving size. Quite literally 3 bites, with the remainder of the carry-out container overfilled with sauce and cheese. While extremely disappointed, this had to be an oversight, right? It looked like they had probably gotten to the end of the pan with a sliver left, put that in the carry-out bowl and forgot to put the rest in? The sad thing was the amount of sauce and cheese covering it seemed intentional to hide the quarter serving of lasagna. This weekend we decided to give them another chance, and had an even worse experience- something inedible in the penne tetrazzini. My husband was eating his meal, one that he has ordered often, and about halfway through he spit it out- when asked what was wrong he said it was something hard he didn’t know what it was. Upon examination, it appeared to be something of a hard layered cardboard type of material, some sort of packaging. That was the last straw of missteps by this establishment and I called the restaurant to let them know what happened with this mystery object inside my husband’s food, thinking they would want to know that some sort of non-edible packaging material was inside of the penne tetrazzini. When calling the restaurant, after explaining several times to the hostess, she apologized, recognized our long history as customers with the establishment, and offered to replace the dish if my husband would like to drive back again. It was nice for her to give a heartfelt apology, but their problem quickly became our problem as to whether we wanted to drive back again- and we did not, so she offered to make it right “the next time”. At this point there might not be a next time, at least for quite a while. Maybe we will check back in a year or so after they have time to implement, test, and prove quality control but then again after having this last experience maybe not. In the meantime - Good luck!

The server (can’t remember her hair) she has yellow hair. Gosh her service was amazing, garlic bread was warm and delicious, food was extremely hot and creamy, chicken tasted good… overall a great experience ! I liked the food, I’ll be coming back!

Every dish we have had here has been fantastic. The bread knots are so very addictive. This was my first time to try ossobuco. The meat was tender and had great flavor. Definitely recommend it!

Just attempted to eat here and no one would service me. I didn’t get greeted when I came in. When someone finally did come to the hostess stand it wasn’t remotely friendly. Then I say for 10 minutes with not a single person saying anything to me. I never had a waiter come to my table despite multiple waiting on different tables around me. Then a 4 top comes in and they were instantly greeted and seated with a server. The hostess kept looking at me but didn’t say anything to me.
If you are too busy to serve my table or even acknowledge me but I see you do it to others it’s definitely not a “too busy” issue.
Every customer should be treated with courtesy and respect.

Came to try this Italian restaurant with my whole family, Price Ratio towards Food quality and size is really good. We tried pizza and the Penne Pasta MANICOTTE, and everything tasted good. FYI, pizzas are big, so a small pizza can fill a woman and a child. I ordered an XL pizza for two adults, and we couldn't finish it.

Skip Carrabba's and come here! Prices are better, the food tastes amazing, the owner is there WORKING AND LOOKING LIKE HE'S COVERED IN FLOUR, and the manager, Alyssa, was our server and I couldn't have had a better meal. We had the calamari, which was superb, and I will definitely say that it is a portion for two. If you have a larger party be prepared to order more than one to be satisfied. We also ordered the Caesar Salad, which was divine, and the traditional calzone. Holy cow!!! Plus the garlic bread rolls they serve complimentary are exquisite. I would recommend to ask for the balsamic vinegar and oil mix to make your own dipping sauce. I am impressed and won't go to Olive Garden or Carrabba's anymore. ??
