Great American Cookies

Our son LOVED his cookie cake! Staff was incredibly friendly and the artist was so talented - she took the time to research images of SpongeBob and poured her heart into his cake. Thank you so much for another amazing cake!

Ruma and her team did a wonderful job. We ordered 19 extra large cookie cakes for an event. She was easy to work woth and had everything ready right on time. Not only were they beautifully decorated, but they were also delicious!

This last several cakes I’ve bought here have been poorly decorated. Not centered on cake…writing has been off…doesn’t look like the photos. We love the cakes but they need a better person to decorate them.

We ordered a cake for my twin's 18th birthday and it came out so cute!! They even added a little more orange in the design for one of my daughters, which was their idea. They were super sweet and very helpful!

Awesome! I can't thank the crew enough not only is New Year's Eve, it's also my wife's birthday and they through at the last minute!

They are AMAZING. I ordered everything online and it turned out exactly how I asked. The staff was extremely personable and answered questions I had about the cake and how to ensure it stayed fresh etc. I highly recommend them and their services for cookie cakes. The best in the business.

I wish I could give this location zero stars, I came in today about 4pm and no one, not even one person greeted me or asked me “how may I help you” I feel this is so unprofessional and horrible customer service. Someone walked in after me and they were serviced before me, even then I still was not acknowledged. After standing in there for about 10min I ended up leaving. Clearly they didn’t care about their customers so I definitely won’t be back, after reading these reviews I’m surprised no one from corporate has tried to do something about this issue. I will be telling my family snd friends PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. RUN!

This place is amazing!!!! My daughter wanted a special cookie cake for her birthday. We went in and showed poppy what we were looking for. She agreed and we placed our order. When we picked up the cake, it exceeded our expectations!!!!! My daughter was so thrilled with her cake. They did an amazing job!

Absolutely loved the sonic cookie cake by Sophia! She did a great job. This location does an exceptional job with cookie cakes!

Terrible management!

The manager at this location was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I placed an order online for a future pickup and received a confusing confirmation email, but assumed everything was fine. No one reached out to confirm the details. Then, a day after what they claimed was my pickup date, I received a call saying my cake had been ready since yesterday and asking whether I planned to pick it up or not. When I explained that my order was clearly placed for Saturday, not earlier, they were dismissive, offered no solutions, and showed zero concern. The attitude was unprofessional and unkind. I won’t be supporting this store again.

This was a custom design for my son’s birthday on his special request and this made his and our day! I would give 10 stars out of 5. 😊 Even last year they made a custom design for a snake. That was amazing too. This is our go to place now for a cookie cake!

I always come to order our birthday cookie cakes!! They are amazing 🤩 and on point with the design! The best part was how quick the turn around is.....I had to get a cookie cake the same day for a birthday and they delivered!! It was amazing and lovely 😍 The best customer service and so friendly!!! Will always come to get all my cookie cakes here!!!
