I ordered a cookie cake for pick up and it came out better than expected! I ordered from the Fry Road location in bridgeland and Naznin was the perfect associate to help me with pick up! She was extremely polite and helpful! I will definitely continue coming to this location specifically.

My family members brought for me I asked them where they get this. Cookies was so good and fresh how nicely this cookies was decorated, thank you whoever manage this store please keep it this freshness, quality and taste . I will tell my family members whenever they come to Louisiana bring it for me, love it 😋!!!

The cake we got for my sons birthday was tiny! It wasn’t decorated very well and the ends were jagged and didn’t look professional. I’ve ordered a similar cake from a different location and it was significantly nicer.

Horrible costumer service. Went in to order a cookie cake. I had a couple of questions regarding it and the lady pointed to the menu above her and walked away. Another lady came from making a cookie cake from the back and brought me over a pen, she told me to put my name, order pick up date and phone number and proceeded to walk away. I looked over at my husband and walked out. They don’t deserve costumers when they treat them like this. I will never be returning to this location. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Every now and then we get the craving for ice cream ? and this place fits the bill. It’s usually pretty busy but the line goes quickly and the staff are friendly. We’ve gotten all kinds of varieties of ice cream as well as cookies, smoothies, shakes and we’ve even purchased a cake before. Have never been disappointed in the quality of the treats.

Parking: This is a busy shopping center so parking can be tough but they have an additional parking lot behind the building.

I’ve been trying to order cookie cakes from them for 4+ years - I have NEVER been able to get an order in without hearing the same excuse - “we don’t have a decorator at the moment” . Today was a new one - we don’t have a cookie cake baker… like what? I finally got him to agree to make just a simple cookie cake with no decoration on there just a couple of words and then I get a call back an hour later saying my manager won’t let me write on it. An hour wasted that I could’ve found another cake. Anyways- nestle on the other side of 290 makes way better cookie cakes without all the excuses.

When you look at reviews for any establishment and see that the owner ONLY responds to positive reviews...that tells you everything you need to know about the owners attitude. I went in person the first time and they had a very poor selection ...and the clerk admitted the brownies, that looked old and dry...were in fact old. So I left. Because the clerk said they would be making fresh brownies today...I ordered 3 for delivery. This location has raised the price on their brownies to over $5 dollars a piece ??...so you would certainly think they would be fresh...NOPE...hard as rocks and tasted stale as heck. I have ordered these exact brownies from 3 other locations and they were amazing. Goodness...I think it's time to let corporate know this location is dragging down their brand...BIG TIME! ???

The sugar cookies are my favorite!! We sat outside in the evening enjoying this sweet treat with my daughter.

My personal experiences with this location has been great every time ! in person or over the phone ! They are nice staff and my cookie cake always comes out nice and satisfying . Love this location.
