We showed up without a reservation with a party of 18. The manager was super helpful about making arrangements and opening up the outside to accommodate us. Our waitress Kenzy handled the orders professionally and with a smile. All of the food came out correctly and tasted delicious. I also noticed how the other wait staff helped to bring out the food. Great teamwork! Thank you for a great evening to celebrate our special occasion!

Always a great experience at Gingos. First time at this location but it didn’t disappoint. Food was amazing service was on point, manager always dropping by our table checking on us. Gosh I wish you guys could open a Gringos in Tyler, Texas and show the people how fabulous this chain really is. We need a Gringos & H-E-B in this collage town. Our experience was amazing as always. Prices are super reasonable services & food wonderful.

John is an Excellent and Awesome server at this 290 North location in Cypress. He was friendly, kind, refilled our drinks repetitivly. He offered us a great gift card deal and rewards. He was very witty! Ask John about the super tender carne guisada, in delicious gravy, that tastes just like it came from an loving abuela's own kitchen table! The margaritas are outstanding, just as well!

Ordered picked up and asked twice if all of the food was there for a work order. The server got an attitude and assured me that all the food was there. MOST of the food was missing and they had us come back to pick it up making our work meeting late. And then took a long time to remake the food.

Excellent service from Jonathan Goode. Very down to earth, professional, and welcoming. I will most definitely return. Gringo.
