I'm from Louisiana and was appalled at the amount of garlic poured onto these crawfish. The crawfish were black/dark red and HARD with no juice. I asked if these were authentic new orleans flavor and was told yes. These crawfish are being sold to Texans who dont know any better (no offense). Crawfish is supposed to be bright red and juicy. Garlic cloves are supposed to be used, not jar of minced garlic. You can see the pic of what I received from Hans. If you want authentic Louisiana crawfish, this place isn't it. Its also a food truck in back of a dirt road if you're wondering.

First timer and will def be returning. Crawfish were good, line moved quick, and the atmosphere was good . Kid friendly. Only complain is the parking situation
I’ve eaten a lot crawfish across the southern states and Hans is definitely my favorite place. The crawfish are big and fresh. The flavor profile is simple but very delicious. I eat here quite frequently and the service & food is always great.
