I ordered the A1, a green tea with salted cheese foam with 50% sugar. When the drink was handed to me, it was so unbearably sweet, as if the drink was 150% sugar instead of 50% . There was no other flavor other than cloying sweetness. Completely undrinkable. I go back and ask for the drink to please be remade with no sugar and the lady at the counter very VERY rudely told me that she could not do that "because i touched the drink". Was I supposed to magically know what it would taste like otherwise? This drink was $6.50 right to the trash, I threw it away because there was no saving the drink. It's not like I wanted a new drink, I just wanted to be able to drink something that I ordered. I did not order straight liquid sugar. Do not come here, the tea quality is low, service is VERY EXTREMELY rude, they will mess up your order and then snap at you when they make it wrong. They will not giveyou what you ordered. The cashier tried to charge me a full price for the drink to be remade (you know to fix their error). No ma'am! No wonder there's not a soul in site in the shop.

This was my 1st time trying bubble waffle and this was the perfect place for a 1st time introduction. Have all kinds of flavors and toppings to get with your bubble waffle. I ordered the Oreo waffle and I was not disappointed at all. Freshly made and still warm when you get it and super crispy on outside of the waffle at first and very light but not to sweet chocolate oreo flavor. Very light, not to sweet snack to ga on the go or just craving something not to sweet! Perfection!

The staff is unfriendly and not helpful at all. On top of the terrible service the drinks are super expensive and not good. The place was not very welcoming and the tables were wobbly. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The staff looked absolutely miserable to be at work. They are very upset that you ordered and now they actually have to do something. There are plenty of other boba shops with better drinks and staff.

The drinks were very tasty, and reasonable. My godkid loved the waffles..getting him to eat is a challenge. LolI liked the place, just the acoustics were a little rough on his ears.I loved the bubble tea. Very tasty..there are the usual configurations.. and a few I haven't tried before.
Clean place, drinks as ordered. Would come back again. I had a black iced tea unsweetened. I see some reviewer demanding for smiling workers.When I come to a drink place, I want the drinks to be good. I don't need someone to show me their teeth to have a good time.I would come back again to try different items. I also ordered a waffle for my kids. They enjoyed it.
Food: Waffle could be crispier/ it's not the same as the Katy location Milk teas tasted fresh and delicious Service: the staff needs to smile more cause it feels like you're constantly bothering them whenever you ask to order/ not happy about that Ambiance: lots of yellow/very cute

I got the iced passionfruit tea with fresh mango and mango green tea and it was sooooo refreshing and delicious! I will say the mango green tea is very sweet so I would go with half sweetness if you don't like your drinks too sweet. The staff was really kind and patient when there was a large group that entered the store while we were there. I've been dreaming about the passionfruit tea since, so I can't wait to come back!

The drink I got was the mango passion fruit and the oreo boba tea. The drinks were delicious and so was the waffle. When you go I recommend getting the waffle at least once because it it really big. The atmosphere is also really good with lemon designs

Visited here for our 2nd time. The staff were kind and welcomed us. I ordered the strawberry green tea and the original bubble waffle with the puffed cream. Really enjoyed both and look forward to visiting again.
