My wife and I wanted barbecue but wanted to stay in Cypress and looked this place up . The food and customer service was great. I especially liked the turkey along with the brisket. Will definitely go back

Went to visit Have Mercy BBQ earlier. Met David and he was a super nice dude. I ordered a few plates to bring to my dad's. The meats I tried (brisket, ribs, and sausage) were all very good. The brisket and ribs were super tender and IMO didn't need any sauce. The potato salad and jalapeno coleslaw slaw were tasty too. I will definitely return. I am somewhat of a BBQ snob being a native Texan, and this place passes with flying colors!

This place was a nice surprise! The meat (ribs/sausage) was smoky & the sides were pretty good. I liked the jalapeño slaw the most. The service was efficient & hospitable. The only critique is for the price, bread should be included. Outside of that, I'm glad I found this place. I'll be back!

Had Have Mercy smoke us two whole briskets for my husband’s 50th this past weekend and they were the most tender & flavorful briskets I’ve EVER eaten😋 10 outa 10 recommend!!!

Stopped off for a BBQ fix and almost didn't go here because my wife and I, and our 4 kids, are really picky with BBQ. The reviews don't do this place justice!
Every single thing we had was amazing!
From the brisket grilled cheese to the burnt ends, the brisket sandwiches, sausage, brisket rice, and potato salad, we were supposed to find each thing we ordered exceeded our expectations!
We will 100% be back.
The owner and staff were super friendly. You can tell they take pride in their craft!

We chose Have Mercy BBQ to celebrate our nephew's birthday. David put together an incredible spread for us and it did not disappoint! The sauces were delicious as well as the sides. We will come back again and again.

Was looking for some good texas bbq, I landed at have mercy bbq. I asked the guy if texas had better bbq than my home state of mn, joking obviously, he said we'll maybe with a chuckle. He was out of pulled pork, I wanted to try all the meats after reading the reviews of his bbq. I got brisket, the most tender and flavorful brisket I've ever had. I also got sausage, amazing as well. Then on to the ribs, ufda, soooo good. K, now the pork belly/burnt ends, omfg, those things were the best tasting chunks of meat I've ever had, im absolutely stuffed right now while my mouth is salivating and wanting to go raid the fridge to finish them off. Im an over the road truck driver, I get down here fairly often, guaranteed I'll b going there EVERY time im down here!!! It is a must if u want awesome bbq. While I was paying, I told him I got a pop also, he said, what did u call that🤣 its coke down here, pop up in minnesota😂 super nice guy, go get some grub there, I guarantee u won't b disappointed!!!
