We just moved here and now we will be certain to be regular customers for this place! We order Chopped pork, sliced brisket, ribs, sausage, burnt ends. We brought it all home. The sauce… it is absolutely amazing! Y’all everything he makes is delicious! I told my husband we don’t even need our smoker anymore!! He named this right because it what I was saying, Lord have mercy!!!! Now we know where to go. This is our place!

My wife and I wanted barbecue but wanted to stay in Cypress and looked this place up . The food and customer service was great. I especially liked the turkey along with the brisket. Will definitely go back

Went to visit Have Mercy BBQ earlier. Met David and he was a super nice dude. I ordered a few plates to bring to my dad's. The meats I tried (brisket, ribs, and sausage) were all very good. The brisket and ribs were super tender and IMO didn't need any sauce. The potato salad and jalapeno coleslaw slaw were tasty too. I will definitely return. I am somewhat of a BBQ snob being a native Texan, and this place passes with flying colors!

This place was a nice surprise! The meat (ribs/sausage) was smoky & the sides were pretty good. I liked the jalapeño slaw the most. The service was efficient & hospitable. The only critique is for the price, bread should be included. Outside of that, I'm glad I found this place. I'll be back!

From the brisket grilled cheese to the burnt ends, the brisket sandwiches, sausage, brisket rice, and potato salad, we were supposed to find each thing we ordered exceeded our expectations!
