My highest recommendation for Have Mercy Barbeque! This was our first visit and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. We were privileged to meet David, the owner, who is a wonderful person on top of being a great BBQ master. The sides were delicious as well. The smoked turkey was the best I’ve ever had! This will become your new go to place!

Two weeks ago, I was in the area and was looking for some BBQ, and I found this place on Google. I looked at their reviews, hours, and drove 15 minutes out of my way. I was looking forward to their food, but when I got there at about 1:00 on a Saturday, the trailer was closed and lonely. Their hours said 11:00-5:00.

"The Brisket is Stupid Good today." And with that, how could you not partake?I got turned around off of the Loop 99 in Cypress looking for a coffee shop when I saw the BBQ trailer just about closing shop for the day. It's Super Bowl Sunday, I'm hungry and I turned to the wife and asked, "brisket?""Sure, why not." And with that, I pulled into the corner lot where Have Mercy BBQ's food trailer was parked with some Ice House. Plenty of parking and as I said, he was just getting set to close up.I asked if he still had a pound of brisket and he happily obliged. Got it to go and placed it in the car. The entire ride home was agony as my stomach made sounds that were completely inapproiate. Hunger pangs gouged my stomach until I finally got home. Quickly I took out a plate, opened the container and forked two slices of the softest and most aromatic smoked heaven you have ever smelled. They were still warm and I was way to hungry to wait 30-seconds to warm them in the microwave.I immediately opened the generous amount of BBQ sauce they provided, fork-cut (or rather psychically severed a piece of one) and dipped it in sauce before taking my first bite.- A moment of silence while we honor this experience. -Best BBQ Brisket I have ever had.That's it, period. My mouth is watering right now thinking about the smoky flavor of the meat, so soft and succulent, married with the tangy and sweet sauce.Epic flavor, presentation, portions, and all around a great meal. Next time I'll actually try the sides, and anything they have. But do yourself a favor. Pull off the 99 on Grant Road in Cypress, Texas. And have the brisket of your life.

BBQ is excellent, Service is excellent, very well priced.
To start, the owner was very welcoming and was very helpful. The food itself was awesome. The brisket had the perfect amount of bark and the flavor didn't disappoint. The Carolina pork belly was better than any other I've had in a long time. None of the meats needed any BBQ sauce, they each spoke for themselves. The brisket rice and Mac n cheese were also pretty good. I'll be back to try the rest of the meats. I have to agree with previous posts this might be the best BBQ spot in the area.
? Lunch @ Have Mercy BBQ was DELICIOUS!! We had brisket sandwiches, Jalapeño slaw, potato salad, pinto beans & dirty rice -- all soooooo GOOD!! Owner is super nice & friendly and prices are reasonable.

It was all so good & the brisket dirty rice & mac was damn good in their own right!!! ? You were so hospitable & our 1st time experience was hands down awesome!!! ? We'll definitely be back again soon!!! ?

This place was awesome! Customer service was great, and welcomed me right when I walked up to the window, had a lot to chose from, and the food was hot and ready within 5 minutes ! Food was 10/10 as well. Recommend for sure.

I really wish I lived closer to this place. I stopped by while heading to a nearby wedding venue to drop off some things. I was pretty hungry and really in the mood for BBQ. I'm a big fan of BBQ and have tried it in many places around Houston, so I had high expectations. Fortunately, they didn't disappoint. I ordered a moist brisket sandwich, and it was fantastic! The meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned—one of the best BBQs I've had in a while.Even though this place is about 25 minutes away from me, I'll definitely drive back to get more because it was that good. The friendly staff was a nice bonus. Give them a try; you won't be let down. I wish I had a photo to share, but I devoured the sandwich before realizing I forgot to take one.
