I ordered 3 am and I know it's a difficult time to work I had just gotten off work myself but I specifically asked for my burger to have no sauce and no pickles and they pour on the sauce and put a pile of pickles on top on that I asked for no ice in my drink and he had to remake it only seconds after I told him I wanted no ice. Like are they high or drunk in there? I should have gone to Whataburger nextdoor

3 minutes for no one to say anything so i pull up to see there’s a female with her back turned scrolling on her phone . I drove off and went to get breakfast else where.

Everyone in my family loved the grilled sourdough burger. It's been years since they toasted the bread, so we stopped going. The only thing I stop for, and it's very rare, is the egg rolls.

Horrible...no one answered the phone after calling about 4x. There was one car in front of me and waited about 15-20 minutes behind her. The fries were stale mostly and a couple fresh ones...extremely disappointed šŸ˜ž.

Drive thru took extremely long. Went inside to add chicken tenders to my order and the cook was making tacos with no gloves. He stood there in front of me opening the taco putting lettuce into it with no gloves. When he seen me looking he put gloves on that's so nasty

Terrible service 3/27/25 at 9PM!
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this business. The service was incredibly slow, the staff was rude and unhelpful, and it seemed like no one cared about the customers. I waited far longer than expected, and when I finally received assistance, the attitude I got was dismissive and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, the quality of the service provided was awful, and when I tried to bring up my concerns, I was met with indifference. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I would not recommend this place to anyone—save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!

Received expired dressing and stale, expired tortilla strips with the salad in my order. The dressing had expired by almost a year! Didn't notice until after I had put it on the salad. Completely ruined.

Don't go here for salads I guess (I'm probably the only one anyway).

This location at night does not care there have been multiple times. I have ordered on Uber eats where my order is wrong. I’m missing items and especially there’s no condiments at all no ketchup no chocolate sauce like the French toast. Say it would come with supposed to get . My halfsie fries, but instead, I got just a regular fry no ketchup. This is the last time I will attempt to order from this place at night because it’s always wrong and they just don’t care missing items. It doesn’t matter. Also going at night through drive-through on the few times. I have come up there myself. They always have an excuse saying they can’t take orders saying their card machine is down or something weird like that and I don’t go there too often for that to be a consistent thing so I really just don’t think they care at this location. This is by far the worst Jack-in-the-Box I have ever ordered from. I cannot speak for the dayshift but the night shift does not care.
