Terrible service 3/27/25 at 9PM! I had an absolutely terrible experience with this business. The service was incredibly slow, the staff was rude and unhelpful, and it seemed like no one cared about the customers. I waited far longer than expected, and when I finally received assistance, the attitude I got was dismissive and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the quality of the service provided was awful, and when I tried to bring up my concerns, I was met with indifference. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I would not recommend this place to anyone—save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!

Received expired dressing and stale, expired tortilla strips with the salad in my order. The dressing had expired by almost a year! Didn't notice until after I had put it on the salad. Completely ruined.
Don't go here for salads I guess (I'm probably the only one anyway).

This location at night does not care there have been multiple times. I have ordered on Uber eats where my order is wrong. I’m missing items and especially there’s no condiments at all no ketchup no chocolate sauce like the French toast. Say it would come with supposed to get . My halfsie fries, but instead, I got just a regular fry no ketchup. This is the last time I will attempt to order from this place at night because it’s always wrong and they just don’t care missing items. It doesn’t matter. Also going at night through drive-through on the few times. I have come up there myself. They always have an excuse saying they can’t take orders saying their card machine is down or something weird like that and I don’t go there too often for that to be a consistent thing so I really just don’t think they care at this location. This is by far the worst Jack-in-the-Box I have ever ordered from. I cannot speak for the dayshift but the night shift does not care.

I know this is a chain and they should all be the same but this location is the best location in the area. Food is always hot, fresh and good. The service is quick, the dining room and restaurant is extremely clean and the restrooms are nice and very clean.

Average wait time every time for a small order like fries or 2-3 items is 30-45 minutes if there are other cars. They work very slow but might still be trying to rush their food out with low quality. It’s supposed to be ‘Fast food’ feels like only one person is working the whole place. Every time I get stuck in drive thru I regret it . Yet that’s what this place and whataburger and some other late places are known for but yea better to skip this one. With the time and wait could eat at a much better sit down place/restaurant or any other cheap and low quality restaurant. I am able to write this all while still waiting to pay and yet to get my food. Each step is at least 10-20 minutes to make an order. Pay. And then wait for them to make your simple order

I ordered a mobile order and specifically requested for taco sauce for the tacos and mini tacos I ordered. I even ordered the birria mini tacos and they didn’t even give the sauce for that. It should be a given when people buy tacos they will need their sauce without even asking for it. I usually go inside and order most of the time so I can make sure there’s sauce but I’m in a hurry this time and I’m really disappointed, but what can you expect it’s jack in the box. At least McDonalds give my sauces all the time.

Grab breakfast at the drive thru...top came off cup leaving me with a lap and cup holder full of soda. Cleaned up as best as I could...get home and my order is wrong. I was the only car in line so how??? This is the second time they got my order wrong.But the girl at the window was very nice.

Figured I’d give them another chance but that was a mistake. This place is always slow and tonight I was literally the only customer and they were still slow. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes for jalapeño poppers. They were over cooked and had something weird in the cheese. Maybe mold, I’m not sure but I haven’t been feeling well since. I only ate 3 of the 7 before I realized. I will never be back to any location due to most of them in my area being extremely slow. The girl at the window was nice and polite.
Parking: Plenty of free parking.
Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome here.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking is available.
