The point is that they went out of their way to shirk away from their responsibilities. It's a benefit to Whataburger across the way, tho that location isn't great either.

Food is decent not to bad , but the service here at night is horrible, everyone that works there at night always got a bad attitude as if you owe them something and they always claim the shake machine is "not working".

Came here multiple times after working late and there is nobody to be found in the drive thru. Sat there for 20 min because nothing else is open besides Whataburger and finally left because no employees were to be found still. Must be in the bathroom getting it on or something! Horrible!!!

If you done use the app to order, they tell you the system is down . This happens between 4 and 5 am.
I like the food but unlike other stores in this particular chain I always have to request for my receipts and drinks.They act like they are very busy when you could be the only one in the que. One rolled her eyes at me when I asked her for my receipt and did not give me drinks from a combo order.

$13.58 for a small strawberry shake, coursant biscuit, " hash browns ", 3 peices of bacon and 10 silverdollar hot cakes. only good thing here was the food was better than at mcdonalds, but thats not saying a whole lot.

On my life. Whoever this Mexican manager lady that is working tonight. She slammed the window in My face after telling her I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes and no one responded to me.She wouldn't listen to me and told me I need to go all the way back around to the back of the line.When I asked if I could place my order then go back around She slammed the window in my face and walked off and would not answer me. Even the other cars in the line tried to tell her but she would not listen.She made me go through the drive thru 3 times with long lines before she finally believed that the speaker didn't work for me when I recorded and showed her a video. 30+ minutes for something that should've been a quick trip down the street.
