The food was fresh and the mini churros are so good!
Horrible experience, came here for Christmas dinner, waited over an hour and a half on a mobile order, and apparently some one had taken our food, guy at the window said they couldn’t give it to me again, though I never got it in the first place.
I showed them the order confirmation, which they never asked for to begin with.
Apparently called the manager and manager said I was a thief trying to get free food.
Never got my tacos

Widh I could give this location a zero. Came in and they had me wait 20 mins for the entire drive thru to be done. Wasted my damn time. Next time im jumping over that counter

The guy who took my order is always polite and professional. I love his energy. However, whoever is cooking needs to speed up the pace. The time from when you order and get your food is atrocious. It takes so long. You’ll end up being late to work or an appointment due to how long the food takes to come out. The cooks(s) need to speed it up. The food tastes good and fresh but please speed it up.

Convinced my family to get food from here for dinner since this location HAD BEEN doing better lately. Tonight just trashed all the progress in my eyes. Got home to realize one of my kids burgers wasn't with the order. Went back and got it. Got home to open it and realized it was made incorrectly and looked thrown together out of anger or frustration. Finally sit down to eat my cold meal only to discover it too was made incorrectly. Then went to quench my thirst with my sweet tea only to get a mouthful of Dr Pepper instead. When I pulled up, the line was completely empty. I can understand mistakes when it's busy, I've been there before. Making mistakes when it's the only food to make just shows a lack of caring for customers that choose to spend their money here. You need to do better.

On August 12th around 8:30pm I order uber eats and I get two spicy chicken burgers 4 tacos and jalapeño first of all the chicken was really REALLY UNDERCOOKED only had one small bite i didn’t receive any straws NO condiments NO NAPKINS NOTHING only one packet of ketchup seriously ? Like okay but the chicken being undercooked is what disgust me the most im currently 30 weeks pregnant hopefully I don’t get sick or anything I can’t drive all the way up there I tried calling but they keep hanging up on me just so rude I couldn’t even enjoy my food

If I could do zero stars I would 1st thing the girl Manager thats in drive thru most the times have a real bad attitude I asked for 4 ultimate bacon cheese burgers no mayonnaise she didn't listen because she to busy talking on her phone through ear buds then I asked for 3 curly fries and one regular she made them all regular she was all mad and all the bad words she was saying in Spanish I guess because wife blk and I'm Mexican but look white she didn't know we spoke Spanish I was blowing my horn she was straight ignoring me and I had to get off to tell her my fries was wrong again we can't trust people like that serving or food what if they play with our food before giving it to us one of the burgers had a finger going through the bun like what the hell no

This place seriously needs help. There was only one car in front of me, and yet I waited forever. I don’t understand why it took so long. The customer service was horrible—rude and combative for no reason. Honestly, the way the employee acted, it’s only a matter of time before she ends up in one of those viral videos where customers snap.
The manager? Just stood there and let it happen.
After waiting 15 minutes, I finally went inside to ask for a refund since I still hadn’t received my food. I had only ordered one combo. No special requests. I watched four cars get their orders before me. Turns out, they gave my food to someone else. Like… what?!
Unacceptable. This location needs serious help with both staffing and attitude.
