Convinced my family to get food from here for dinner since this location HAD BEEN doing better lately. Tonight just trashed all the progress in my eyes. Got home to realize one of my kids burgers wasn't with the order. Went back and got it. Got home to open it and realized it was made incorrectly and looked thrown together out of anger or frustration. Finally sit down to eat my cold meal only to discover it too was made incorrectly. Then went to quench my thirst with my sweet tea only to get a mouthful of Dr Pepper instead. When I pulled up, the line was completely empty. I can understand mistakes when it's busy, I've been there before. Making mistakes when it's the only food to make just shows a lack of caring for customers that choose to spend their money here. You need to do better.

On August 12th around 8:30pm I order uber eats and I get two spicy chicken burgers 4 tacos and jalapeño first of all the chicken was really REALLY UNDERCOOKED only had one small bite i didn’t receive any straws NO condiments NO NAPKINS NOTHING only one packet of ketchup seriously ? Like okay but the chicken being undercooked is what disgust me the most im currently 30 weeks pregnant hopefully I don’t get sick or anything I can’t drive all the way up there I tried calling but they keep hanging up on me just so rude I couldn’t even enjoy my food

If I could do zero stars I would 1st thing the girl Manager thats in drive thru most the times have a real bad attitude I asked for 4 ultimate bacon cheese burgers no mayonnaise she didn't listen because she to busy talking on her phone through ear buds then I asked for 3 curly fries and one regular she made them all regular she was all mad and all the bad words she was saying in Spanish I guess because wife blk and I'm Mexican but look white she didn't know we spoke Spanish I was blowing my horn she was straight ignoring me and I had to get off to tell her my fries was wrong again we can't trust people like that serving or food what if they play with our food before giving it to us one of the burgers had a finger going through the bun like what the hell no

This place seriously needs help. There was only one car in front of me, and yet I waited forever. I don’t understand why it took so long. The customer service was horrible—rude and combative for no reason. Honestly, the way the employee acted, it’s only a matter of time before she ends up in one of those viral videos where customers snap.

The manager? Just stood there and let it happen.

After waiting 15 minutes, I finally went inside to ask for a refund since I still hadn’t received my food. I had only ordered one combo. No special requests. I watched four cars get their orders before me. Turns out, they gave my food to someone else. Like… what?!

Unacceptable. This location needs serious help with both staffing and attitude.

they are soooooooooo rude except the one tall guy. they make you wait forever. made me late this morning for no reason, there were only 2 people behind me and i ordered something really small. the process took more than 20 minutes. i’m actually so pissed

I normally don't write a review about an employee, but on 05-05-2025 Jenny who was working the window on the evening shift showed patience and professionalism. Normally, a window attendant would get upset repeating an order 3 times but she had patience and did her job. She had asked for me to wait in the front of the store politely since my tacos were not ready. I didn't wait long for her to bring the order to me. Normally the order would be handed to me but she repeated and identified what bag had the tacos and burgers in. Thank you for a well trained employee who deserves credit doing her job.

I placed an order for a munchies meal spicy chicken no mayo because I'm allergic.i asked for mustard in my sandwich pickles and onions .the cashier told me I got it but my order was wrong .the manager John told me if didn't leave he would call the police .I just wanted my food prepared correctly. I told him to give me my money back ,and he insisted on calling the police .what kind of employees do you have ? This is ridiculous just because I'm allergic ,you shouldn't treat me like that with discrimination
