I have ordered multiple times after a long shift of work and have had the same issue with the same lady and all i can say is yall need to fire her!!! My husband went in on april 15th around 1 after he got off of work and he isnt a fluent english speaker and she was yelling at him WHAT DO YOU WANT!!!?! because she didnt understand his accent . She is a white heavy set lady and always has the nastiest attitude and purposely has messed up our food and claims “ we dont pay attention “ idk if she’s miserable but thats nobodies fault. We are paying customers and she needs a serious talk or someone needs to talk to her seriously.

I went early around 6:15am , because I work 12hr shifts at night, and was starving for some good hearty food that wasn't breakfast. Cue Jack in the Box..... I tried the new smash jack burger with their legendary tacos and curly fries and was not disappointed! The cashier who was a tall guy with a scar on his left forearm was very courteous and hooked it up with the sauces and ranch woo hoo! Hit the spot! I would highly recommend this location.

Gave this place another chance after two years. Went through the drive thru and tried to place the first item on the order. When the guy read it back to me, I corrected it and he started arguing with me in the drive thru saying I was wrong with so much attitude . Pulled around to talk to a manager and was unable to get my point across. She called over the guy who rolled his eyes and had attitude. Ended up just walking out.

I came on Drive Thru on Jan 17 at 10:40 AM, the employee who took the order was so rude, he yelled at me when making the order. I came inside and asking for the manager to complain, the guy who took my order said that there is no manager on site, and he said that he does not care if I make the complain or not. I stayed at the counter for 10 minutes and nobody showed up for customer services. This is really bad customers services.

So I just went here and ordered a number 5, upon getting my order I told the drive thru lady that my fries were old, she tells me she just pulled them up and they are barely warm. Has a attitude and gives me fresh fries but guess what put so much salt on them that I couldn’t even eat them, and was mad like spending my money ain’t jack, crazy they need to get rid of her and the fry boy , clowns

This fast food restaurant was probably the faster I have seen in a while. Food was great and the service was A-1. Very respectful man. I went around 3am so you can narrow the guy down to pat on the back.

Couldn't hear well through the intercom. My order was correct, but the cashiers don't act like they want to help you. I don't usually eat fast food and this experience and the quality of the food or lack thereof is why!

After my unfortunate loss to tonight's game. I came to Jack starving & depressed. I ordered #5 burger man this burger has changed my life. The burger was so good I feel like I don't have to eat for any more days .the burger was so juicy that it inspired me for my next game. The lady at the drive thru was really nice and that food was life changing. Get the #5 absolutely AMAZING. Changed my life forever. Thank you.

This is a terrible location. Pulled through the drive through and didn’t have to wait because no one was in the line. The food came very quick, which I was surprised by, because of the chicken sandwich I ordered should have taken at least 3 minutes to cook. Started to drive home and realized that I didn’t get my drinks, they usually give those first, which let me know that food came way too fast. Turned around and went back to get them. Got home and just as I figured, the food was terrible. It was like it had been sitting in the warmer all day. The chicken was like chewing on a tire, the fries were just as bad and I ordered a side of dipping cheese, which was put on a little paper boat, and it has a quarter inch thick of what looked like fried cheese on top of milk. I mean, if people don’t care about their job enough to give people quality food anymore, why don’t they get another job and if it’s the business as a whole that doesn’t care about the consumer, then they just need to close the doors.

Worst jack in the box ever. Drive thru customer service makes me popeyes give 5 stars. You can tell their management or franchisees don't take customer service seriously. NEVER GOING TO HERE AGAIN. I RATHER STARVE OR EAT FROM A DUMPSTER. PITIFUL..???
