So..... I'm not sure what is going on with this location. Came on a Monday night around 7:30. No one at the drive thru speaker ahead of us. Took 4 or 5 minutes to place the order. Was never greeted, after a few minutes said hello, was told to hold on. After the order was placed pulled around to find 2 other cars ahead of us. Waited over 10 minutes for 2 combo meals. No sorry for the wait, no explanation, no sense of urgency. When we left I asked for the receipt to see how long it was between the time we placed the order and received the food. According to the ticket it was 7 minutes from the time we paid for the order until we got the order. At first I was thinking it was the time we placed the order, but that is not possible because I started writing this review in the drive through after we placed the order and waited at least 5 minutes, and had read a few other reviews about the wait. The food was good, and fresh, so not a total loss, but not fast food by any means.

Asked and even said I’d pay extra for 5 ranch cups and was ONLY GIVEN 4….Feel personally victimized…. Shutdown is the only acceptable remedy…. Awaiting response from Jack himself. Thank you.

The morning lady should learn how to talk to customer. Idk if she was trying to be rude or not but from the sound of it it sounds like she was very rude

THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE!!!!! they are rude slow and food is not good!!!! Waited 20 MINUTES to get my food COLD!!! this management is NONEXISTENT!!

Dang man, I've been here several times just because it's on my way home and for now several times they keep missing items on my order. I had to remind the guy to give me my drink that was sitting next to him. Seriously sell this place and get someone who cares in here. This has been this way for a while now.

I’ve only been here 3 times in the last 12 months and my food has been cold every time. Not even cool, just cold. And they charge for WATER?????

I have been to this location several times. Tonight's visit was the worst experience to date. The employee taking my order was rude and sounded annoyed that I had 5 combos to order. I had to request drink carriers for the 5 drinks. They asked me to pull up, which was not a big deal, but I requested ranch before pulling up. I checked the bags before leaving, and there was no ranch, so I had to walk back inside to get my ranch. Upon going up to the counter, the manager passed by me at least 3 times without even acknowledging me. When I got home 3 of my 5 combos were wrong. The root beer and coke both tasted horrible. The meat on all 4 burgers were dry and cold. The curly fries were cold. We will not be returning to this location. My $50 would've been better spent elsewhere.
Bring back the loaded fries pls I enjoyed them they where so good

I go to this jack in the box all the time for one only because I love jack in the crack !! Every time me and my fiance go there after two we never get our full order or something always wrong or missing more than one items .... This night crew is bad it's only one lady that works is really good she is Hispanic really great make sure u get everything u need other then that at night after do night go to this one ....
This place is aura farming, 10/10 and would recommend u go here if you have a bad day or any type of day

I’m pretty lenient when it comes to food service, but tonight’s drive through service was so bad that I decided to rate this location. 15-20 mins just for 3 burger meals in drive thru? I had to go in to check on the order, just to be ignored. Last time this place gets my order. Maybe dine in was the faster option.
Went to the drive thru on my lunch at 2 am. 2 vehicles were parked out front, no one ever came to intercom. Circled around and someone was just sitting in the lobby. Wasted a chunk of my lunch break. Second time this has happened at this location.
