They never give you what you ask for, and I also ordered a coffee with boba and the boba was all hard, I think it was not cooked on time and the food was not given what I asked for, terrible service.
I don't understand where all the bad reviews are coming from. I ordered last night from the app and it was quite a big order. When the food was handed to me, the lady went over everything that was in the bags to make sure I wasn't missing anything. All the sauces that I had ordered from the app were included and the proportions were pretty good.

This place puts less and less food in the breakfast burrito. These things used to be packed full now they are more like a taco. Look at all the un used tortilla. I can wrap it up three times.

Just getting off work hungry and excited to be going to jack in a box. Not only to find this is the third time they have closed or someone that is there that does not want to serve customers at the hours they are supposed to be open. Arrive time 10:40 pm on Thursday Feb 16th 2023. There is a red truck in the parking lot. Advertised closes today at 12am. Decided to go to sonic and was serve accordingly. On my way back home noticed at 11:05 the red truck lights were on and in reverse. So you mean to tell me you hid in the back while I sat there asking excuse me/hello for at least 10 mins to be served!!!! When I say I’m so irritated at this situation that this need to be addressed!!!! End of the discussion.
