My family has been loyal customers for years. We were shocked to receive horrible customer service when ordering through Uber eats for the first time. After the order was delivered we opened the bag that had been stapled shut to find fried rice all over the bottom of the bag. It hadn’t been closed properly so we called the restaurant immediately and whoever answered the phone said to bring the spilled rice in for replacement. Less than two minutes later we got a call back and were told by a different person that they would not replace the rice because it’s not their fault, it’s Uber eats responsibility to check the food. You would think a reasonable human being would see that the issue was with the packing of the food that was done by the restaurant themselves since they staple the bag closed. Disappointed is an understatement.

I can’t believe we’ve lived around the corner from this place for 4 years and never tried it!! Due to covid-19 and the SIP we haven’t been dining out and we wanted Pad Thai. My husband found this place on google and we had it twice in one week. Ordered beef and broccoli, chicken fried rice, crab and cheese wontons, and pad Thai. They even have free delivery! Definitely our new place.

We have had delivery twice now from Uber Eats for Jade Garden. It is the best Chinese around! So good and fresh! We order many different things and everything was really good.

i ordered special lo mein with beef shrimp and chicken and beleiv me it took me back home to hakkah noodles very tast and loved every morsel i put in my mouth and ordered soup too it was veryyy good hot sour soup and dry loman wassssssssssssssssssss outstanding thank u thank u this is located in spring tx kukyndal road am amazed how every thing is made by scratch once again thank u for the food

They cook!So many Chinese restaurants just order the same stuff from a distributer and heat it up. These great folks cook from scratch. And it's good.

Their General Tso's chicken is a special recipe and hits the right note of spicy versus flavorful. The Singapore noodles are another favorite with a similar balance of heat to the excellent taste.
