Ordered DoorDash for Bun Bo Hue (BBH). It's not really great, compared to most other BBH in Houston. I only picked this place because my favorite BBH spots weren't on DoorDash. The soup is watery, although the ingredients are fresh. Wouldn't recommend the BBH. There are better options out there.

I came in for a pick up order consisting of 2 vegetable and tofu pho dishes and one pho with brisket. The broth of the vegetable and tofu pho was beef based. I know this because I asked about it at pick up. They called into another location that had the vegan broth so I was able to pick up some vegan broth but it required another stop and I’m not certain I would have been told if I didn’t ask. I was appreciative that the my offered to call in the broth for me but disappointed...
