Good food, customer service a 2 star due to eye rolls when I asked a question about the kids meal. I’ve been eating Jersey Mikes for years and have never been charged to sub a cookie out with chips on a kid meal, never have even been questioned about it. But either way, could have done without the eye rolls from a blonde lady behind the counter today. Never would have came to leave a review of wasn’t for that.

I and co workers have been going weekly for lunch since they have been open, but we won't be returning. After the rude and nasty customer service we received from the young heavy set white female that helped make our sandwiches. The other young lady that took the orders was vary professional, and seemed to be uncomfortable with the heavy set female as well.

Just wanted to say how impressed we are with this store. My friend has a food allergy and Chase asked if we'd like him to change his gloves to work on his sandwich. The store is too small for a line to turn around AND there be tables right there, it’s just uncomfortable. There is insufficient parking for how busy the shopping center is. (Honestly, most of the negative here is due to their poor choice of real estate).
Whoever made our subs today at this location, we would like to thank you! Y'all always do an amazing job, but today, they were just beyond tasteful. They were delicious and we appreciate you all! Highly recommend this location, they will always have your order correct and it will always be delicious and full of flavor!
