1st. Visit, was on weekend two months back, the girls, food & experience "Great"This "was" new go-to place out of traffic.On Tuesday, 03/12 -their was very long hair in my Sandwich. I recall a girl turned sideways, she sliced & made my sandwich.On Return visit, via two patrons, the girl with black & white streak hair said"Are You Going to Order" *Other girl that rung me up was nice. She smiled but very quiet, she appeared uncomfortable.I must've gone on a bad day. I could've stayed in traffic but prefer not,*I also found new Go-to Place!Parking: Parking is terrible on busy day via evening traffic or Saturday

Placed an online order at 12:47 today for lunch and never received food. The what seemed to be new hire was just looking at the one employee trying to run the entire store since the manager left the store. At first patience was given because only one person was doing everything but people who came in to place order in store received their order before I did. Very frustrating! Left the store, placed an online order for Jimmy John’s on spring cypress, the order was ready when I walked into the store.

Very clean store with friendly staff. Went during a slower period but they were very attentive and made the subs just right. You can never go wrong with a Jersey Mikes sub.

Went to this specific location for a CyFair Spirit Night. We walked in an hour and a half before close and the disappointment on the crews faces. We weren’t even greeted. Almost all of the chairs were already put up as if they were closing in the next 5 minutes. We were rushed to order and when I ordered a Philly I overheard the negative reaction when they had to turn the grills back on to cook my meat. I was disappointed in their Philly because there were more peppers than meat. The other subs were as expected. Bags of chips were not stocked. Did not eat there because we felt like they wanted to start cleaning up for closing. Also, $3.99 per small drinks, when we were not even going to get a refill is ridiculous, especially when all the drink options tasted flat. Three stars because they did host spirit night for CyFair schools and because kids eat free after 5pm.

This jersey mikes location has the BEST large chocolate chip cookies. I will drive the extra few minutes to come to this location vs the one by my house because of the difference in taste :)

This is my favorite sub place by far! They cut the meats and cheese as they make your sandwich, so they are always fresh! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and customer service is great. Aveline makes the best sandwiches!

Subs are good, except the philly cheesesteak uses white American cheese which tasted awful. When we walked in the restaurant no one said a word, no greeting, and none of the employees had a smile on their face. Multiple employees standing behind the counter with only one other customer in the restaurant and tables were dirty. I doubt I'll go back because there are lots of other sandwich shops around.

Absolutely love this place! The greatest customer service I've seen in years. Ori and Aya went above and beyond the limitations to exceed in their customer service. They were heaven sent! I'm super grateful that our family came to eat here after service.Thanks and praises to the Most high.
We were returning customers, ordering subs 1-3 times a week for months. Couple of days ago, we ordered online through Doordash, but when showed up to pickup the orders, we were told that one of the orders had been picked up by someone else! We insisted that it was not us, but manager on duty did not believe us and asked for order confirmation. This was presented, but she still hesitated to prepare the order. She mannered so irrespectful during our visit and would not answer our concerns and questions. She then called the business owner (while she could have resolved the issue herself by remaking one) and he talked to me three- four times on the phone call. He also called Doordash and cancelled both orders. He even checked the cameras to determine who picked up the order. Just imagine that a very small issue that was initiated by store associate (when they handed over our order to a wrong person) turned to be a complicated one, because nor manager neither owner did not know how to manage the situation and respect customer. This costs us an hour an half waste of time for just associate fault lines n not paying attention that who is the order for! So sorry for this store that lost business with a loyal family!Let me also add this that they finally re-made our orders, but again, this could have been handled sooner with respect and not after all those unnecessary back and forths.

I went in today for lunch on a mere whim. I was not disappointed. The young Asian gentleman was awesome, I wish I got his name. He took and cooked my order, a reg. cheese steak. The meat was hot, cheese melted, fillings were spread evenly on the bread. He did an awesome job. I had my sandwich in hand less than 3 minutes after I ordered it. I highly recommend this store for your lunch craving needs. By the way, y'all have fabulous unsweetened tea. You have a new regular customer. Thank you.
