IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! This is the second week in a row they have messed up our orders. Last week they ran out of bread and C and B team had to play without getting a pre game meal and this week they didn’t bring all the food so 16 players did not get their food.

This location has been stellar every time. The young men behind the counter are always polite and fast with service. They all deserve praise, every single time. Hands down our favorite location out of all. THANK YOU GUYS FOR MAKING US SMILE EVERY TIME WE VISIT! Good job and keep up the great work!!

Hello today I must say there’s a guy that works there by the name of Jenoah who was very patient . I was picking up and a door dash and he was so kind checking on me to make sure everything was ok while a wait for the order ! Very polite and caring ! They were very busy this evening but he showed his apologies by taking the time out to ask ! He and his colleagues were great ! Keep up the great work !

Came by this location because I needed a last minute urgent catering order, the staff was very nice and accommodating. Within minutes they had my entire order done. I really appreciate it.

This store needs a new GM! Saying they ran out of bread at 3pm is ridiculous! Then telling customers you can only make a bowl or wrap but when you order a wrap saying sorry we already cleaned the grill and refuse to make one. If you close at 9pm then you shouldn’t be cleaning up and refusing to make food before 9pm. Jimmy Johns it is from now on!!

I love Jersey Mike's, but this location needs new managers and employees. All the employees and I mean all, have poor attitudes and make you feel like they hate their job and like they Don't want to prep your sandwich! It must be the new generation lacking work ethics, manners and respect. The dining area is also always dirty, you'll never find a clean table, it's disgusting! My sandwich last time had a Nat in it! When I opened the paper wrap it flew out of my sandwich and I found a dead one on the paper. This location is horrible! And I have been to this one a lot hoping that maybe I would get a better experience, but nope! Same old horrible customer service and quality workers and food.
