I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service at this franchise location. The owner refused to correct a technical glitch online order for me. Ms. Shelby was very professional and kind. However, she told me that the owner, Ben Tupaj refused to correct my order. A very kind customer gave me her Free Sandwich Coupon so that I could get the sandwich I had ordered since Mr. Tupaj refused to take responsibility for the Jersey Mike's app error.

Despite being a regular weekly customer, I have noticed that the staff appears unhappy and fearful, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Although the sandwiches are consistently delicious and the staff is efficient, the negative ambiance has led me to opt for curb service instead. Notably, one young blonde employee with braces consistently displays a positive attitude, which is a stark contrast to the rest of the staff. I wanted to bring this to the attention of the franchise as it has ultimately led to me deciding to take my business elsewhere. FYI, Mr. John Foster this franchise owner needs to learn a few things regarding accountability and good customer service.

Meanwhile, I would like to inform the young lady that companies like Buc-ee's offer competitive compensation packages, including $18 per hour for cashiers, $19 per hour for food service, with additional pay for weekend shifts, making it an attractive option for students. Buc-ee's needs smiley, friendly employees like you! Come join us!

This is the second time I have been there and there was a large to go order.all 5 employees were on the line 1 person ahead of me No one even acknowledged i was there. They were making cold subs .I wanted a cheese steak .got tired of waiting for even a hello or will be with you shortly. Left and went to crust as did the person behind me. The owner needs to get back to the store if they care about service.

This location is busy but they have great customer service. Never had an issue ordering from this location they are efficient and it always turns out great!

Employees here are friendly and smiling, unlike the Barker Cypress/290 location. Everything here was neat and clean, our online order was ready when I walked in the door. We got our sandwiches as bowls and they are HUGE! You get so much food-well worth it! Order was accurate. We will go to this location from now on as the Barker/290 location is dirty and employees are unfriendly.

Ordered an ASAP order online (writhing 15 min pick up time) at 2:23 pm, but pick up time was for 4:15pm. It was an entitled hassle to either refund my order or make it within a reasonable amount of time.

I ordered a number five the super sub on gluten-free sub and it took them 30 minutes to complete this order and they seemed very confused on the process of working with a gluten allergy. The worst part of it is my sandwich ended up not having any of the meat product on my sandwich. Just two different kind of cheeses, lettuce, tomato, and pickle but they forgot the meat. The sandwich chips and Coke was a total of $14 I feel like I was totally cheated out of my lunch meal. this order was to go..

Eat at this location fairly often and usually everything is exactly as it should, but this past experience was upsetting. Made a mobile order around 2pm and was told it would be ready by 2:20. When I got there it wasn't ready, no biggie, but ended up waiting until 3pm for my order. I asked 4 times about my order and was told they were working on it but they still hadn't made any of the sandwiches. Finally an employee understood my frustration and stopped to help me out. Unfortunately 2 of the sandwiches had the wrong meat on them and the other 2 had about half the usual amount of meat when I got home. I'm usually fairly forgiving but this left a bad taste and I think I'll head to a different location from now on.

come here often after school friendly workers with great attitudes even at peak business times. Subs are great , location is clean. Cookies are amazing great chip and drink selection , just amazing you won’t regret coming here for lunch!
