this location always looks very clean, constantly stocked, and has friendly employees! i’m writing this review cause i just got a sandwich and had like two extra requests and when i say they delivered.. they did, made me believe nothing bad could ever happen in the world for five minutes like it was just too good! i would share a picture of my sandwich but it’s gone ????. it was real though, trust

Walked into the particular jersey Mike’s and no one said hello. No one even looked up. And he didn’t say hello. There was only one other customer in the store a young male waiting for his food. He had to be about 10 or 11 years old.. two staff members upfront, fixing sandwiches and one about to get off work. They never said hello. I had to speak to them. Then he called someone from the back to assist. The cutting machines were absolutely filthy. Hadn’t been wiped off since the last few sandwiches. So I asked for the machines to be wiped off. They cleaned them out in. The young lady was very helpful. She took my order for my sandwich wasn’t quite sure how to make it, but I did walk her all the way through. Unfortunately, she had to express to another team member on how to make sure her station was very clean. The young lady rolled her eyes and kind of gave me a very side eye. So, at this point, I was a little frustrated but I didn’t say anything went on an order. My sandwich gave them the proper way on how to make it. It was made young lady also want to ensure they use clean utensils as they did. So they made the number seven. it’s my first time to this location and just recently moved into this area. However, I can tell you a cut above. They are not a sub above. They are not. They should really retrain these particular employees, and teach them how to be courteous to customers. I understand with all the Uber eats, and the DoorDash services that come along with life we need to take care of our customers inside of a store as well. Every customer that walked in, they didn’t greet near one of them.Dietary restrictions: We really should consider for people who do not eat pork products, which is anything that comes from the pig using a different slicer and also training our employees on how to use different gloves every session. We’ve already gone through Covid we’re no longer looking to receive germs from anybody

Very important for managers and owners to go back over and teach their employees how to greet customers. And when a customer asked for something in a certain way, don't get upset or frustrated nor should we ever roll our eyes. Every customer that comes in that door is more than likely older than you and if they're doing DoorDash maybesome sort of pick up for someone else other than ourselves. We need to respect them. And why are you so dirty wired the counters dirty? Why are we saying bread Grimes? Please straighten your situation out we would hate for the health department to come in.

Audrey is amazing ! The best Jersey Mikes in Cypress. Great service and the staff (not only Audrey) was very welcoming. Very clean and the restrooms were clean as well. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and the sandwich was on point. Will definitely be back thanks Jersey Mikes.
