My first time trying this place and I will definitely be going back. The food was delicious. But the customer service was outstanding! I ordered two burgers and asked about the fish. When she brought my to go order to me, she included one piece of fish for me to try with tartar sauce. It’s hard to find service like that these days.

The food is delicious but got-damn their prices are always out of control. They know their food is good and every location has the same quality. Great food, but the owners must not reinvest in their businesses because they all look like holes in the wall even though everything is an up charge and Michelin star pricing.

The lady was awesome she had no help & still the food came out delicious she also checked on us in the whole process of having to be the cashier & help the cook ….

JLB was recommended on the Nextdoor app so I gave it a try. I was surprised that no one was tending the order area when I walked in. Short staffed I guess. The owner was in back prepping another customer order. Anyhow, the owner/attendant was very friendly I ordered takeout onion rings and the crazy burger which was mammoth sized. (Actually a bit too big and difficult to finish) I should have ordered the JLB burger. I think it would have been satisfying and plenty. Overall the service was timely considering it is a custom made order. The meal looked appealing and tasted good. There were 7 big sized onion rings. They were tasty too.
The shop was clean and orderly. I thought the prices were a bit high but I wanted to experience the chain.
