My first time trying this place and I will definitely be going back. The food was delicious. But the customer service was outstanding! I ordered two burgers and asked about the fish. When she brought my to go order to me, she included one piece of fish for me to try with tartar sauce. It’s hard to find service like that these days.

JLB Eatery absolutely deserves 5 stars. The food is fresh, flavorful, and made with care, and every bite feels like comfort done right. The portions are generous, prices are fair, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Service is friendly, and it’s clear they make the food fresh. Definitely a spot worth coming back to again and again!

The food is delicious but got-damn their prices are always out of control. They know their food is good and every location has the same quality. Great food, but the owners must not reinvest in their businesses because they all look like holes in the wall even though everything is an up charge and Michelin star pricing.
