Horrible. Several occasions food was old and hard. Management is horrible. No appologies after poor service and poor food. While it's a nearby option, I will never go back.

The chicken has shrunk. The best is the potatoes and gravy. Only when they give you fresh one. And the biscuits are hard now. I don't know if they're reusing biscuits over and over.

horrible customer service as well as chicken. chicken was not crispy and when asked for the crispy ones they gave me 3 when i ordered 5, and proceeds to tell me i need to wait an additional 45 mins for the missing 2??? horrid customer service, bathrooms had no locks nothing good about this place.

WORST KFC! They gave my chicken in a box that collapsed all my greasy chicken ended up on the floor of my car! I couldn’t be more angry. They knew this box wasn’t put together right! I hate this location and knew I should have driven to the Cypress location. There is always a problem at this location!

Cashier girl was rude. Kept asking is that all when reviewing the menu and no one behind us. Combo prices are over $10 for both kfc and Taco Bell and portion sizes are smaller. Would not recommend!! Also, no loitering print out on a picture in the dining area limiting you to one hour.

I have no problems with anything but the KFC. The service and atmosphere were fine. I ordered a 3 pc wing crispy chicken and received 2 pc and a thigh. So much for accuracy. I also ordered a 2 pc leg and thigh. The fries for both orders were luke warm at best, and the chicken was OLD( very OLD)!!!

Ordered a 3 piece all dark, kid gave me a mashed potato and Cole shaw, chicken was more like the size of quail. $12.93 ..total waste of money, could have went to chirnse buffet for $12.00 and had a good meal.
