I placed a pick-up order at the KFC (26251 NW Freeway, Cypress TX. There are two things about the order that were great: it was ready within 4 minutes of my arrival; and the lemonade. I ordered an eight-piece family dinner. The crispy chicken was crispy, but it had no taste, and was dry. The corn tasted stale. Call me a glutton for punishment but I love KFC Original recipe. However, the last 4 times we have been to the Cypress KFC at 290 & Frye Rd they have gotten our order wrong. FOUR TIMES! At this point, getting the order wrong in the drive-thru is to be expected. We’re done. No more! I don’t really want to drive 9 miles just to sit in the drive-thru and go through each box of food just to make sure your employees can fill a simple order. You’ve proven you cannot.
