Ordered on the app a single bucket of chicken and a couple of sides at 8:35 PM. The order was to be picked up at 9pm. My wife walked in and they had given our extra-crispy chicken away to the person in front of us and said "sorry we're out of chicken". They were trying to clean up and seemed irritated that we were trying to get dinner after 8PM. Finally got the order after 55 minutes from the order being placed. For KFC's reference, order number was 171316556. "Placed" at 8:35 but shows "Received" at 8:57.
