Came close to closing on a Saturday night was still treated with outstanding customer service. Food is expensive but the quality is above and beyond. They are serious about quality. Meat was to perfection sides were insane. The brisket, kudos to Killen for doing it right. Paid close to $70 for brisket plate, 2 pulled pork sandwiches and a couple of sides but I didn’t regret my purchase when I saw the portions and tasted the food. The broccoli and rice casserole 🤌🏾.
For gluten-free peeps: Service was quick and food was good. I am gluten-free and I felt safe eating BBQ and coleslaw. It was my fault I should have asked if the coleslaw was gluten-free but I never in my life would expect ramen noodles in my coleslaw. So if you are gluten-free make sure to ask or let them know.

When I compare it to the original location in Pearland, it is disappointing.
I selected the 2 meat plate (brisket and jalpeno cheese sauage with a extra 1/4th pound of brisket).n My total was 37.80.
In terms of technical merit, the brisket was done perfectly. I had a fresh brisket unwrapped when I went to the counter. It had a nice jiggle when it was placed on the cutting board. The problem was...
