I have no idea what people mean when they say their customer service is bad, I am always greeted right when I walk through that door and I leave with excellent service. They're extremely popular, especially in these early morning times, so yeah, sometimes they don't have my favorite kolache (which is a lie I like them all) and come on people open up and try some new ones if they don't have what your child-like taste buds want even tho you're 50. Family owned business and I can tell they put their heart and soul into running this place!

Easily the worst kolache place I’ve ever been to. The owner’s daughter was unbelievably rude, no greeting, no basic manners, just attitude like she hated being there (and hated that you were there too). As for the kolaches, they were borderline inedible. Dry, bland dough with cheap, tasteless fillings that made me wonder if they were made days ago and reheated. Nothing was fresh, nothing was good, and the whole experience felt like a waste of time and money. Awful service and terrible food, I wouldn’t go back if they were giving them away for free.

I really wanted to like this place, but honestly, it was a huge letdown. The kolchee was dry and tasted like it had been sitting out for days not fresh at all. The texture was crumbly in a bad way, and the filling barely had any flavor. I’ve had kolchees before and this just didn’t come close. On top of that, the staff seemed uninterested and rushed me through my order even though the shop was practically empty. Not worth the price at all. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I went through the drive through this morning and got charged for the wrong thing...not a big deal, they were really busy, the total was around the same for what I ordered so I didn't mind the upcharge, but my Host Piper refused and quickly refunded me and charged me the correct amount. She was very friendly and was clearly working very hard, she even gave me a free drink token for the inconvenience, I'll be back whenever I'm in town.

These are definitely among my favorite kolaches out there. My favorites are the jalapeño poppers. The service could have been better (lady seemed a little rude and tried to rush us) but the kolaches are on point. Would recommend.
The Kolache Factory in Cypress has amazing Kolaches and great staff. The Kolaches were soft and had great fillings. The staff member that took our order was working the counter and drive through at the same time which was impressive as it was busy and she was keeping up with the orders in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the Kolache Factory for great Kolaches and customer service.

This is a great place to try Kolaches for the first time. The dining room was clean and their food was on full display to see what you would like to order. As i have never tried a Kolache before, the person behind the counter was very helpful in helping me choosing what i would like. They could use more staff though because the one person behind the counter was working the counter, the drive through, and making the specialty coffees by herself. Special shoutout to her because she was managing it very well.

The customer service was great! We were welcomed as soon as we walked in and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. It was a great feeling for first thing in the morning and really started our busy day off right. This was my third visit to this location and it’s always great!
